I can’t speak for others, but my experience with HOPE has been wonderful. I met with Traci about once or twice a month for a year(2014 – 2015). I was feeling overwhelmed with work, personal relationships and was unsure about my future and I thought an «outsider’s» perspective couldn’t hurt. From the very first visit, Traci was kind, compassionate and understanding. She listened well during the sessions where all I wanted to do was vent. She also asked thought-provoking questions and provided valuable insight when I was conflicted and asked for her opinion. Overall, it was a great experience that taught me a lot about myself and helped me grow in many different areas of my life. I enjoyed working with Traci so much that I’ve recently made another appointment with her to discuss some things I’m currently struggling with. I can honestly say I’m looking forward to it. Regarding payment, I almost always wrote checks for my visits, but when I did use my credit card, they asked me to fill out a form with my info so I did not have to present my card each time and they would just run it after the appointment, if I chose to pay that way. I never had any issues with unauthorized payments and was never overcharged. If you’re looking for affordable counseling services, I would highly recommend HOPE, specifically Traci. She’s fantastic at what she does.

Beware of this company. Sat in the office waiting for an appointment and overheard therapist criticizing families and their choices. However their website portrays themselves as being compassionate and caring individuals. Practice what you preach! I personally would not advise ANYONE to use this company. The fundamentals and the credentials are there… But their heart and morals are not! I wish I could give them NOSTARS. Hopefully whoever is even considering this company reads this and finds a much more suitable aid for their child.

BEWARE of the business practices of this counseling center. My daughter is a 21 year old single mother who struggles to make ends meet and support her children. She went to Hope Counseling because she had little money and they promised to work with her. Well, she paid for a session ONCE with her debit card and after that Hope Counseling took it upon themselves to freely take future payments from her account without contacting her or warning her, and without authorization. This happened more than once! If you’re someone with money, $ 100 missing from your account is infuriating, but if you’re poor and struggling, $ 100 can mean not being able to buy formula and diapers for the rest of the month. It’s devastating. If you’re looking for an affordable counselor, I recommend looking elsewhere.
