Dr. Rana is undoubtedly the best dentist I’ve ever seen. Her staff members are stellar. I was impressed with the «wait time»; I never even sat down in the lobby, and I saw no other patients waiting. When I arrived as a new patient the office manager gave me a tour of the office. She showed me the autoclave (sterilizes the equipment), the X-​Ray machines, the lab where crowns, bridges, etc, are made on site. The new patient paperwork was a breeze; I filled in the forms on the patients’ data entry computer. I was asked how much information I prefer about the diagnoses and procedures. I like a lot of detail and was very happy with Dr. Rana’s bedside manner. The exam was the most thorough I’ve experienced. Dr. Rana is dedicated to continuing education and has attained various certifications in her field. They also offer excellent annual maintenance plans for those of us who have no dental insurance.
