Exotic Pools & Spas

I met Mitch, the owner of Exotic Pools, a couple of years ago through my broker, when I was considering buying a house that did not have a pool. I consulted with Mitch to see how much it would cost to build a pool etc. I interviewed 3 more pool builders but Mitch definitely stood out. I found him to be very knowledgeable and fair. Well. I ended up not buying that house. Sometime later, I purchased another house with a built in pool already in place. It, however, did not have a heater for the spa! I called Mitch and he sent someone and together they not only placed a new heater but also upgraded my old pool system. A few months I realized that the pool and spa were both leaking! I hired someone to come and find out where the leaks were. Then I called on Mitch again. Mitch is the kind of guy that gets things done if you know what I mean. He’s sometimes hard to get a hold of but I can work with that as long as I find the person I’m dealing with a MAN. Even though he was going through a huge loss and grieving, Mitch got things done. He’s always been fair to me costwise also. Some other people, you know they’re trying to rip you off when they give you a quote. It’s just obvious they think you’re an idiot! Not Mitch. He’s very fair. I highly recommend him.
