Cool Pools

Only been w/​Cool Pools for 2 months so far, but my pool is looking great. My previous pool service was also excellent for about a year, then went thru some ownership changes and thing went down hill. Jack is very approachable and answers all my stupid questions and emails very quickly. The fact that Cool Pools supports wounded Vet thru the «Water for a Warrior» program, I am sold.

I just learned that Cool Pools, a board member of APSP (The Assoc. of Pool & Spa Professionals) has helped spear-​head the «Water for a Warrior» fundraiser to donate a full in-​ground pool to an injured veteran to assist with therapy and say thank you for their service. Many members of the community are pulling together to make this happen and they’ve chosen a recipient. Cool Pools is also donating the new pool «start up» and «one year of pool service» to the veteran. Jack and Jen Bishop with Cool Pools is AWESOME!

This is obviously just a disgruntled person, I doubt Cool Pools planted Black Algea in this guys pool and the thought of there being an ounce of unfriendly service is rediculous.
After having Jack straighten up my pool I invested in an ePool to connect to my computer hoping to save some money with the $ 200 investment into this thing. Jack and I talked about it and came up with me trying to take care of the pool on my own if he would call me up in 3 – 6 months to check up on me. As suggested, Cool Pools contacted me 3 months or so later and Jack came over with the same friendly attitude and my dog was even happy to see him again!
Customer service was outstanding being that Cool Pools made thier service flexible around me and without a doubt, 5+ stars!

Talking to Jack at Cool Pools is like talking to family. Very personable but yet very knowledgable at the same time. If he cannot do the job he will at least point you in the right direction. His rates are very resonable in terms of the typical maintenance stuff for your pool monthly. He makes life a lot easier for all of his clients. Call him and you will see why so many swear by him. Jack you rock and thank you again for all the knowledge you have bestowed upon me when it comes to pools.

Jack from Cool Pools came to my home today to give us an estimate for our monthly pool service and to fix our pool sweep. After he took a look at the pool sweep he found the hose was blocked. We did not need to replace the motor like we thought! This saved us hundreds of dollars. You want an honest pool cleaning service and pool repairs just give Jack a call.
