I’ve donated at other places before, but only twice at this location. Both times that I’ve been here, I’ve had the same, nicest RN. I can’t remember her name but she is the nicest of the whole staff hands down. She’s friendly, responsive & easy to talk to. Best of all, she remembered my last visit even though I had only been in twice. She’s not at this location very often, so it was nice to run into her. She was very quick yet thorough with the initial check-in procedures. When I got to the chair & the phlebotomist took over, I wasn’t really happy since the staff didn’t even acknowledge me for a while. They were too busy talking to each other & tasking. Finally, the one assigned to me finally asked how I was doing. After the staff dispersed, the phlebotomist setting up my arm was very friendly & was good at telling me what she was doing at each step. Even though this wasn’t my first time donating, it was still nice to hear what is going on as she does each step. I was able to get out of the chair around 20 minutes later. The overall procedure was quick with no complications. I spent some time in the snack area per CA law & a staff member was nice to check in on me & grab a drink for me. The front desk receptionist was also kind enough to come over to me & help me set up my next appointment. This was a much smoother & quicker experience than the first time & not too many people on this day. My appointment was on a Monday at 2pm. I will definitely be back!

Five stars for two main reasons: one, donating blood is as important as anything you’ll do in the day; two, this center makes doing so pleasant, informative, relaxed and leaves you feeling good. Donation centers love my blood type and that’s fine with me. The staff here took the time to thoroughly explain why though my donation was important.(Yes, that sounds selfish but it’s important for people to realize why their donation is important.) You sit in a nice, comfy, large sofa-chair and although the actual donation process(getting jabbed with a needle) isn’t ever«fun,» they do their best to make it as relaxing as possible. All of the staff were nice, friendly and appreciate your donation. I made an appointment the next morning for eight weeks and am looking forward to going back then. Thanks!

I’ve been giving blood since my college days and this is by far the best location in town! The staff is wonderful, the office is very modern and the rest area is comfortable. I recommend using the online appointment maker to find a day /time that works for you. This office is open very early and on weekends, which is always a plus! Give the gift of life today and enjoy at wonderful experience at the Roseville Bloodsource!

I have been giving blood with blood source for years. They have a good set up, very fast and efficient. They are calm and have a very relaxed environment. I have never had an issue with them drawing blood. It is a simple stress free process. The staff is friendly and make sure you are perfect before you leave. The place is clean, the equipment is nice and seems kept up. Overall I don’t think you could ask for a better experience. They have a point system that makes it kind of fun, you can track your progress online and build up points for prizes. Haven’t had a bad experience here and would recommend this company and this location.

Unfortunately, I haven’t donated for 3 years… So I decided to stop by since this is do close to where I live. Well, actually I made an appointment which is highly recommended. This location is actually a new one… But really the staff just moved from the old roseville location. Technology has already changed in 3 years. Nothing crazy– but they no longer check your iron by dropping it in liquid… They now have a machine. Anyway– the staff was all really nice. The lady who did my screening did a nice job pinching my finger when pricking it… Sounds lame, but I’ve always thought that is the worst part… And when the lady pinches the finger, you can’t feel the prick. Chatted w the lady while I was donating and I feel like I was in and out real quick. I would recommend allocating an hour– although you’ll likely be out in about 45 mins from when you walk in.
