The one star was only because is wouldn’t let me give this place 0 Stars! DONOTSHOPHEREPEOPLE!!! I don’t like to bash the small business but they should not be in business anymore. If you are looking for customer service and great quality. This is not the place. I bought a cell phone cover paid $ 30.00 for it. It started peeling and falling apart after 30 days. I posted a picture neon green cover. I took it back and they said it wasn’t their problem. Not returns at all. Some young lady at the stand didn’t care and rolled her eyes at me. I should have read Unilocal before getting something there! This place needs to be shut down by no one shopping there. Please share so not one else gets ripped off!!!

Horrible customer service! I went in for a tempered glass screen protector for a brand new iPhone 6. I walked 100 feet from the Apple Store straight to this kiosk with a brand new phone in hand hoping to protect the perfect brand new phone I had just purchased. The manager Raheel, put the screen protector on leaving several bubbles underneath the glass. I pointed it out to him and was assured that they would disappear within two days. I told him if they did not disappear, I would be back. Well, a week later they still hadn’t disappeared. I returned to the mall and was told that nothing could be done, they would give me a discount on a new one if I wanted. I told them I would never spend another dollar at their terrible store. As a small business owner in this community, I am outraged by their lack of professionalism! Unbelievable!

How can I give zero stars? Raheel, the manager, has no customer service etiquette. He is rude and will not give you the time of day. I went to this kiosk to get a bumper case(not even a branded one) for my phone as well as a screen protector. He said he will install the screen protector for me since he does it so well but gosh, it was so crooked even a blind person can notice. I asked if he can redo it but he insisted it was straight enough. I’m not confrontational so I left and decided to redo it myself. Fortunately, i was able to position it correctly and now it looks much better. I should have done it myself in the first place. Less than 24hrs after, I noticed all the buttons of the bumper case I bought had fallen apart while the phone was in my pocket. It was obviously defective. The receipt says that defective items can be exchanged for something else as long as it’s within 7days of purchase. I immediately went back to express my concern but ofcourse, I was told there’s nothing they can do about it(no refund, no exchange) but they will give me a $ 5 «discount» on a different case. Seriously? They will not go out of their way to make sure their customers are satisfied. I paid $ 45 in total for NOTHING. I can’t, for the life of me, recommend this place to anyone!

I bought a new cell phone holder for my Samsung phone from them a week ago. 7 days later it ripped, so i took it back to see if i could exchange it. First thing there was a sign in front of the key-osk saying that they would be back in 15 mins. 35 mins later some one shows up to help me. After showing him what had happend to the case, he told me that he only warrenties them for 7 days. The case ripped on the 7th day, but do to my work scheduale i was unable to return to the mall in time. The owner was very unsimpathetic to my concerns and offered a small 2% off on anything else he sold.
