I’ll admit they did a good job on the roof and they were prompt on completing the job. They weren’t the cheapest but they offered the product I wanted and beat the price of the competitor. Regardless, for me it was a bad experience. During the roof install my line-set was damaged and it was over a week before it was repaired. I was going to hire them for additional work but my lack of confidence in the sales rep(Robert) persuaded me to go elsewhere. I was told the sign usually remains in the yard for 2 weeks. Over a month later and 5 calls it was finally picked up. In addition, as part of my deal Robert offered me a gift card as incentive to sign the contract. He said he would provide me with the card when the job is complete. Over a month later I still hadn’t received the gift card and Robert wouldn’t answer or return my calls. After all that transpired I had a conversation with the owner(Jason) of AllState and he was very understanding of my bitterness. I felt a little better after talking to him. I must say I do appreciate when you have a bad experience and the owner reaches out. He looked into adjusting my roof warranty to make things better but I already have the best one. He did mention he’d send me something in the mail to make it right. I never received anything in the mail but after writing my original review an employee(Joe) personally delivered the gift card.

I called 5 different roofing companies, and I am glad to have dealt with Allstate. They gave me a competitive bid, and they don’t do any change orders in the middle of their work unless there is a major problem.(they had to get extra material as a result of a small mis-measure and didn’t charge any extra). 4 days later and a great new roof was installed. I highly recommend Jason and his crew to do the job.
