I’ve been cutting my own hair or having friends do it for most of my life, but I decided to get a professional cut for my wedding day. This place is conveniently only a few short blocks from where I live and I had heard good things. For just $ 11 and about 15 minutes of my time, I walked away with a great haircut. I’ll be back!

I was visiting the area from out of town and came to Bill’s solely on the fact that it was the closest and highest rated on Unilocal,I can see why. Great friendly service and professional. I didn’t have cash and he trusted me to go to the ATM and come back AFTER he had already cut my hair. This is my place to go when I’m in town again and need another haircut.

Bill’s is a total time warp. He’s been cutting hair for 40+ years, and his shop is a delightful, total throwback to the good old days. Go in there once and you’ll turn up your nose at Supercuts forever.
The basic male haircut is $ 11, and there’s no extra charge for the lively chatter.
You’re also supporting a town institution. Bill has worked tirelessly to bring Rosendale through decades of economic doldrums, and now the place has charm and some prosperity, with a variety of annual events to generate pride and bring in visitors.
Check with him for his hours as he’s not open every day, or make an appointment. You won’t regret it.
