This branch totally sucks. I would give it negative stars if I could. Every time I stop here, there are 2 or 3 employees walking aimlessly around the lobby, and only one is assisting customers – even though the place is packed with customers. It makes me wonder who in the hell manages this place.

The staff are friendly but the bank rarely has enough people working to handle the huge line that is always inside. That’s the other issue, you always have to go in because they don’t use their perfectly good drive thru windows. What bank in this day and age does not have a drive thru? It’s ridiculous. I’ve been to several bank of America’s and they all have a drive thru.

Great newer convenient location, but no drive-through banking. When this location closed their drive-through lanes, I inquired why. The response I received from the teller was that«banks in many other states» don’t have drive-through banking”. I asked, «Why would I care about drive-through banking in other states?» The response was that other Bank of America locations in Texas are and will be closing their banking lanes. This was many months ago, and I have found that many other Bank of America locations in Texas continue to provide drive-through banking services.
