Upgrading your phone takes time. You know they have to work out all your contract stuff, pick the new phone, transfer your data, delete your old phone — it’s probably a good hour at least. Not exactly how I wanted to spend my Saturday afternoon. But when the staff is as friendly and helpful as the folks here are, it’s — dare I say, enjoyable. Our associate Andrew was just terrific. Oh and Richard Dreyfuss kind of rocked too. Skip the Apple Valley madness and hop on over to Rosemount for faster and way friendlier service. You’ll be glad you did!
