Was not satisfied with the customer service. I came in and wasn’t greeted. Someone else finally approached me to help me out but she made me feel like a nuisance and was annoyed by having to explain to me about the plans. She seemed unpleasant and kinda snappy. Made me feel bad for bothering her and just left the store.

Came to Tmobile for the price but what I got when I walked in was so much more. It was what i was missing from my old phone provider. These guys are A+ in my book. Steve the manager is awesome and it shows when he passed me to Jose. The apple of great customer service doesn’t fall far from the tree. These guys are awesome. Go see Jose and Steve and you will not be disappointed. Keep up the amazing work guys, you deserve all the credit for me coming to T-​Mobile. Happy New Years guys and the T-​Mobile Team
