Needed an outfit for an event that was in a few hours. Walked in and was greeted by Dannie. He went to work right away with me. Set me up with everything. Dannie was super cool and helpful. He went out of his way to help.

Can I give the place six out of five stars? No? Lame!!! This place was amazing!!! I visited here earlier today looking for some dress shoes and other items for my new job. They were having a sale, so I figured, why not!!! Went in and even though it was quiet busy, was immediately greater by Danny. He explained the sale, and said if I needed anything to call him over and he would be happy to help. This was a nice change, considering the HORRIBLE service I received at Zenga, Samsonite, K. Cole, and a few others. but you get the picture. After I had found what I wanted he checked me out and had a nice chat with me about being new to Chicago and so on. A little nice pleasant talk goes a LONG way in customer service. I will definitely be coming back here in the future!!!

Perry Ellis is a great place to get«off the rack» suits. The sales professionals are knowledgeable and nice. And I love the suits! Sometimes I need the suits altered by a professional, sometimes I do not. The suit prices are always a bargain, even after factoring in the cost of tailoring. Based on available choice and cost, I typically do not prefer to purchase cufflinks or neckties at Perry Ellis. But that’s okay, because Perry Ellis rocks great suits. While the rest of the Fashion Outlets leaves much to be desired, Perry Ellis is a win.

Went to Perry Ellis on the 19th of April to get a couple pair of pants, one of which were not in stock and would’ve been shipped directly to my home address from the Aurora outlet mall. Was told shouldn’t take more then a week to receive them. I had totally forgot about it until I had the time to call on my day off two weeks later. I had spoken to Amy Campbell over the phone and explained my situation. As persistent as she was on calling me back to let me know where they mysteriously could’ve disappeared to, I finally received them Monday morning. I know Amy was not my cashier, but I personally appreciate the effort she put in to make it happen for me! As I work in the automotive industry and know people may be irritated or impatient at times, she just walked me through everything! Thanks Amy!
