Had a bad experience in this PizzaHut Wing Street at night time. One female servicer is unfriendly and not willing to explains the manu. Have to wait for 20 minutes for 8 pics chicken and full pan, so ot is better to order online before picking up the foods.

I usually order the $ 13 large 5 topping pizza from here when I don’t bring to lunch at work.
Typically, I order 30 minutes ahead of time online (12:30pm) and it gets here within the hour or before 1:00pm.
Today, my delivery took over an hour to get here. When I called the store, the woman who picked up told me that the driver had left for my delivery over 20 minutes ago (the store is less than 10 minutes away).
By the time «David :D» got here with the pizza, the pizza was cold as ever. and I’ve wasted 25 minutes of my lunch break waiting for nothing. Never again.

Staff was nice and fast for pick up. Location inside looked very clean and organized. Small bench inside for 3 – 5 people to sit while waiting for their orders. Location received minus a start, because I didn’t get any utensils for the pasta, assumed it would be automatic. Napkins I didn’t automatically get but did ask for those. Recommend to order online or by phone for quick stop and ask for napkins and utensils If you need them.

Probably the worst Pizza Hut around. Placed an order for carry out. 1x medium meat lovers/total amount was $ 15? I ask what are your specials to maybe get a deal because that’s what pizza’s all about (the deals). Melissa the Pizza Hut worker helping me, says we have no deals here. I tell her I just seen deals online? She then starts giving me attitude saying we don’t have any deals here at this store. So I just place an order for the medium. Anyways I get my pizza and ask for peppers and cheese. She said we have no more peppers and throws the cheese on the table. Pizza was mushy and warm. Last time coming here!

Your average Pizza Hut. I normally do not review restaurant chains but what the heck, why not. I ordered online for this location and arrived exactly 15min after I placed my order and it was ready like it said it would. There is a screen at the front you the name of the other and whether or not the food is ready. The service was pretty friendly and I like how they open the box before you pay to make sure everything is right.

They never delivered our order, the delivery guy was rude as fuck last week, were still waiting for our first pizza so we called and they said they never got it and it said on the site that it shipped over 40 mins ago and now we have to order another one and me and my family are pissed it’s been like 2 hours like what the fuck is going on is this what 15 $ an hour minimum wage is going to be for? Pick your shit up, I knew when I asked my family what they wanted we shoulda gotten dominos they deliver in like 20 mins and not to mention how great their pizza is, and learn how to have some manners when your giving your customer help throughout the process of taking an hour to deliver one fucking pizza y’all suck dick worse then my fucking dog

Waited 3 hours for my food the first 2 was waiting and when we called they said they didn’t receive the order. We had to make another order. Keep in mind this is online and I did get a confirmation for the order. So we did it a second order because the first one didn’t go through. We started ordering at 6:50 and its 10:02 right now. Im hungry. Imma leave the pizza aside. I’m gonna get some chinese food because its way faster than this. In the end. I would give this place a half star due to the fact that its still a functional business. C’mon, I ordered from you guys for years and now I 99% sure it will be my last.

I ordered some pizza and wings today for carry out and everything was perfect! The pizza was well made and the wings were still hot. I came in the 15 minutes they told me it would take for everything to be ready and I came on time unlike people I see on here that said their pizza was cold. Pizza is only cold if you come late. I asked for cheese and peppers because I know I need to ask if I want any. Common sense they won’t give you anything if you don’t ask for it. I’ve never had a problem at this Pizza Hut. I mean it IS fast food it’s not gourmet dining but for the price it’s worth every penny. :)

Zero stars but had no choice to select a star, cold pizza and missing wings wouldn’t go here ever also they forgot napkins and pepper, what a waste of my precious $ 30 bucks for one pizza Wing’s and two sodas… When I went back told the girl in the front, she looked at me blank stare and said nothing… so unprofessional

Have had several problems with this location. Have cancelled orders without saying anything and more recent lied about menu. They said they were out of a specific pizza. Ordered through the app and it went through fine and was ready in 15 minutes. Really disappointing that they lie out of laziness.

I used to like this place years ago, but recently they have had terrible service. They completely messed up my order and seem to be very clueless. The pizzas are smaller than other places and not worth the price. They were also very soggy and not done baking. Never planning to order from here again.

It’s been a while since I’ve been to a Pizza Hut since always opting almost exclusively to Costco pizza (mmm…). We ordered online at the website, which was pretty straightforward. Chose the pick-up option and the order was ready super quick. The crust was nice and crispy, but a little on the oily side. But who complains about oil on pizza, right?
Just be sure to search for coupons or deals online before you order. There always are some!

1 — Customer service survey is very bad .
Ex: I did a survey on 1−7−16 online and facebook, but facebook response was great but I email to the them and took them almost 3 weeks for a response.
2 — I order the food was very dry, not hot enough and especially the pasta sauce was less.
ex: I live like 5 mins away.
3– Some of the employees didn’t even know how to answer my question or order so it take very long time for a order to come to finish.
Only good thing is Delivery was very fast.

This place never takes the deals that are offered on the website. The worse part is the website doesn’t tell you until you’re about to put in payment information. When I do order stuff from the website the delivery takes much longer then anywhere else, and picking it up is worse because there is zero parking. Worse Pizza Hut in the area, avoid if possible.

I Have been going to this PIZZA HUT for a while, and i love the service here. They always hiring new people but its all good cause my pizza comes out the same way.
I always get a two medium two topping pizza. bacon and mushroom and i always ask for double of both topping and they always give it to me.
THANKS pizza hut for not being cheap

Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. 2 years ago I swore off Pizza Hut for their crappy service (read previous review) and well I broke and ordered pizza tonight since I remembered always loving Pizza Hut pizza above all the other chains. Well to my relief I don’t have too worry about missing their pizza anymore because it was terrible.
The crust is what makes/(made) me love Pizza Hut. Well tonight it was soggy, flimsy and flavorless. Disgusting. I am so disappointed in everything Pizza Hut now and more importantly I am disappointed in myself for waning on my resolve to swear them off. Hope I read this review next time I think about ordering them.
It’s a shame my complaints and reviews will do nothing since it now seems to be the standard for them. I guess I’ll just join the masses.

So I figured I would try ordering online for delivery. I did. After I was done, it said it’d take 43 minutes to a arrive. What a drag, but ok. I get it a takes a while. 20 minutes later, I get a call to confirm my order. Cool, until she says it’s going to take 45 minutes to an hour (again)!! Um, I’ve already been waiting 20 minutes, WTH!!! So I ask why, she just apologizes and says they’ll start making it. So they haven’t even started on it!!! Ugh! Definitely not a good experience at all! And now I sit and wait another 45 minutes (to an hour) for one, ONE, Pizza… SMH

This place sucks! My friends and I requested for a pretzel dog pizza but instead we got pretzel crust! I specifically said pretzel dog crust, not pretzel crust. Further, it cost $ 11.99 for just a LARGE CHEESE PIZZA and they charged us extra for just ONE topping (pepperoni). Also $ 6 for delivery charge and when we tried to put a review on their website, they didn’t even give us a receipt. So we called back to find out they had NO MORE PRETZEL DOG CRUSTED PIZZA! They could’ve told us that from the beginning. DO NOT GO HERE. I wish there was a 0 stars option because this place is the worst to get your pizza. I was extremely dissatisfied with the overpriced nonrefundable atrocious pizza I got.
