Orkin Pest & Termite Control

Worst experience I have ever had with a pest control company. The tenting crew showed up more than 3 and a half hours late with not even a courtesy call to let me know what was happening or if they were going to show up at all. Now it’s déjà vu all over again as their construction crew was supposed to be here this morning between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. and here it is at 12:35 p.m. and still they are a no show and of course no courtesy call to let me know if these clowns are going to show up or not. Will never use this company again and will never recommend them to anyone.

Love this service! I am a renter and my landlady did not agree to hiring an exterminator. She kept bombing and handling it on her own and nothing worked. When I finally told her I was taking it in my own hands she replied «they aren’t gonna do anything that I haven’t already done»
I was so worried when I finally had to call them. Would it work? Would I be disappointed? Would the technician be some creepy ex-​con with prison tats? but the experience has been wonderful! I first dealt with Greg Bonilla. He was so personable and knowledgeable. I could have talked to him for hours. I felt confident and I’m good hands. My current technician is Eric Chavez and he is just as great. Ask for Eric! I am bug free. Highly recommended

I hope each location is independently owned because this place is Horrible!!! The sales rep. Joshua came to inspect my house and right away said their price will be higher than the competitors because they are the «best». Then he goes and talk crap about the competition like they don’t measure the house correctly and not use enough gas bla bla bla… compare to his dead on laser measurement. After falling for the sales pitch about getting what you pay for, I signed a contract and scheduled for the fumigation. A few days later he calls and said he miscalculated and didn’t include the patio but ‘NO PROBLEM”, he made a mistake and will eat the cost and said I was getting a huge break in price. Next day he calls again and said his manager needs to come to the house to do another measurement to be sure they will use enough gas. Then he calls to tell me he left out 4ft on each side of the house on his original measurement. Dead On Measurement LOL… what a joke! If Orkin assigns this location to come out and give you an estimate, be very careful!!!
I’ve changed the rating from 1 star to 3 stars only because the branch manager Randy called me to say the messed up and he will honor the original quote. Let’s see after the work is completed…
