Pretty standard Hawaiian BBQ, doesn’t have the option of the brown rice. Just moved into the area and was really hungry at night. Couldn’t make it back home after I went shopping at Target so I stopped by. A little over $ 10 for a BBQ combo, had no complain finished all of it. The cashier was pretty nice, also the place was pretty clean.

Customer service was good. Food here is delicious but the portions is small there plates go by 8.99 or so i would of expected more meat I went to a different location and that one gave me more meat. I usually go to 626 cause it’s cheap and big portions. They give u more rice than anything disappointed womp womp womp. Come on now! !

It took well over 20mins to be served during dinner time. Few people who phoned in clogged the lines and delayed my order. Extremely frustrated that it too this long for my order to be ready as it is a single entrée versus the 4 – 5 entrée family meals that were called in. DONOTCOME to this location unless you have an abundance of free time and like waiting. It ended up being 24mins exactly. Extremely disappointed with the wait time. May not return to this location again. To the manager; a better system is needed to maintain the orders for call in vs those who buy in store. Other people who were there were waiting just as long as I was which is unacceptable.

Be sure if you’re on your lunch hour or whatever it is always call in before hand to order. Some reason this place takes forever! I always get their teriyaki chicken mini meal. I love the vegetable it comes with!

Pretty good food and good service as well. The place is really clean and spacious, its really nice to eat there. Try to call ahead for your order because it takes a while to prepare… J pike getting the chicken combo that gives katsu and teriyaki chicken.

I am obsessed with the food here! You can never go wrong with the chicken katsu, its crispy, deep fried to perfection, and the sauce that goes with it isn’t too sweet or too watery(its just right). When i order the spam musabi i ask for easy rice, unless you personally enjoy tons of rice. I also appreciate perla, who is an employee at onos for checking my to go order and making sure everything was made correctly. Cris is a new employee also, and he is very informative with the items on the menu. Even near closing hours the employees are nice and still willing to help!

I don’t really know how to rate fast foot joints… so I will use my go to equation to calculate this problem. (Probability of me going here ÷ Probability of me going to McDonalds) + Moist and delicious Lemon Pepper Chicken plate + Teriyaki and Katsu sauce x Awesome Chicken Katsu pounded to a thin piece of deep-fried breaded goodness = 5 stars. I eliminated the use of limits and differential equations. You’re welcome. Like always, I have no comment on the service, unless it was nightmarishly rude and shitty. Which this place was not.

Ono’s makes pretty good food. Most of there stuff is made to order and is pretty tasty. Most of the combos are reasonably priced for the food you are getting($ 7 -$ 10) Remember for the sides you can always substitute out items. For example I was able to get 3 sides of macaroni instead of having rice. I usually get Ono’s to go and I know I already have rice at home so no need to order more. I noticed alot of people here really like spam masubi. I knew someone that used to work here so they said you can just take some of the extra sauce and make it at home. It’s like the easiest dish to make! SPAMANDRICE. The food is good but you really get sick of it after a while. I haven’t found my self returning to eat Ono’s because there isn’t something here that really amazes me. It’s good for lunch every once in a while.

Always a fan of the katsu and masubi! Plus the Mac salad! Delish! There are coupons sometimes in the mail which make it a better deal! So keep your eye out of you want to save $!

Horrible staff, rude, looked miserable, no type of drive. Immature teens work at this place. I asked to change an item for another and the girl made it seem as if it was the most difficult thing in the world. Horrible if your in the area and craving onos drive a block down to las Tunas there friendly there.

L&L is better than Ono My spam musubi fell apart while eating it. There was more rice ratio and very little teriyaki sauce. I asked to dine in and cashier put my food to go. The heck?

Lunch break… Huge portion… Service is awesome… Parking is easy to find… I always get their Musubi because it is the best. It comes with 2… Delicious!!! Everything on the menu is legit to try. Highly recommend this place.

This location is slow and inefficient. It’s fast food, it shouldn’t take long to make spam! Rude employees, who don’t enjoy their job! Only one cook was in the back, once people started rolling in, the second decides to help. Never coming back to this location. Las Tunas location has better service. Slow! Slow! Slow!

I was so hungry on the way to school and saw this place right away! I heard a lot about Ono but never tried, so I did. Ordered the Hawaiin Bbq Chicken Plate and Spam Musubi. The chicken was absolutely delicious! So savory and the way it was marinated was perfect, goes well with the rice and macaroni salad of course! As for the spam musubi, it was decent. Not the best I’ve tasted, the seaweed wrap was too chewy and a vew drops of the sauce. Overall, pretty good place to eat at!

Amazing food yet again! We decided to try the chicken curry katsu and it was amazing. The curry isn’t the cheap powder stuff you can get at any Asian market, so it was worth it. We also got the Hawaiian BBQ mix, which includes chicken, beef and short rib. I prefer just the beef, but the variety is good for first-timers to try! As usual, the food is great. I just feel bad at how under-staffed this place is. Keep up the good work!
