If I could rate this no stars I would. I went to metro Pcs to change my carrier & right away this girl (Maria) has a BAD attitude no greeting when I walked in I had to welcome myself she made me feel weird when I asked her questions like she didn’t want me there my mother on the other hand wanted to add a line and buy a new phone. Maria told her to wait ran out of the store to get something form her car, it was a paper then she went into the store ignoring my moms questions she was rude as hell, she called her insurance right in front of us and said and you give me a second saying she was helping a customer when she clearly wasn’t I was pissed I didn’t believe what this girl was actually doing she lied to me bad customer service we left the store because of her and won’t be returning

Omg so i finally make the move to the metro family! im very glad i came to this store! They really took care of me, I had a great time in the store, i left very happy with my new android! Exellent Customer service, Friendly and helpful staff! looking forward to coming back to make my payments!
