Lisa was the mortgage broker for my first house, escrow was closed on Jan 2015, she was the one handles everything, all I need to do is sending her my documents and fill up some forms. My complicated case really took longer time than anyone else, I guess… more than 4 months, she is very experienced and knowledgeable about the loan process. Lisa was really nice to me when I fill up the forms wrong or I sent her wrong documents, I like to email communication with her rather than calling her, because her cell phone’s bad reception, I complained to her every time when I call her (maybe my phone has bad reception… LOL), she is very good on replying emails, she usually got back to me right away… She is the mortgage broker that I would recommend to my friends and families.
