Greedy and lazy. What a sham this dental practice is. Let me explain why. Forget the fact that she«acts» like a nice personable person. And forget the fact that she has a ton of awards and had a good education, because awards mean nothing when she can’t even be a genuinely kind healthcare provider who actually wants to see her patients have good healthy mouths. Deep down, this woman is extremely lazy, greedy, overcharges and she will mess up your mouth and tell you to try to get used to whatever she did to it. My mom had a problem tooth that the dentist just told her to remove all together, and she would crate a fake tooth retainer. My mom agreed, since she is the pro, right? Wrong! She made the fake tooth and it was so uncomfortable for my mom even aver several months that my mom simply cannot eat. After going back to her several times questioning it, she just continued to tell her to get used to it, even though she was the one who made the bad retainer. A dentist should realize that they make mistakes as well, and just correct the problems they might’ve created and just be done with it all together, but she won’t because she already took your money. My sister went to her because she had gum problems and needed some real cleaning and professional help. Janet refused my sister all together. She told her to go back to her old dentist. Why? Because Janet is extremely lazy and does not want to work on problem mouths. Everyone should have the right to get their teeth and gums fixed and healthy, and her downright refusing her is actually causing more problems to public health in general. Janet would rather do easy cleanings, so she can get more patients in, so she can gather more money that way, since really, she will lose a little bit of money if she spends a little extra time on another patient’s mouth. I don’t know about you, but she is quite terrible of a person in my book. Oh yeah, the male dentist she employs in her office – her husband – he’s not quite competent either. I will feel bad for you if you get him, and even worse if you get Janet as your dentist. Please take your business elsewhere.

If I can give a NEGATIVESTARS I would! I’ve been going here for years and for years I have let it slide everytime I’ve done a simple 20 minutes teeth cleaning this place would charge my insurance $ 220 teeth cleaning as well as other little charges. Did they think I was some dumb Asian-American kid that never looks at her bill? I just never had time to complain. Small hole in the wall dentistry, I’ll let them make a few bucks off my insurance and play dumb. Well NOTNOMORE! Tell me why I went to the dentist last January was a simple teeth cleaning that lasted no more than 15 minutes. 2 months later I get a statement from my insurance having them charge me $ 1200 for dental work. I looked closer and saw that they charged me 4x some periodontal cleaning(deep teeth) for $ 220PLUS my regular teeth cleaning! HA! So I decide to come to the office 2 weeks later when I found the time to let them explain before I called the insurance fraud. And BOY, that is where the great part comes in. The dentist stops at whatever patience he was working on, starts trembling and pulls out some model device and starts explaning all this gibberish. All I did was smile, while I didn’t really ask for an explanation since he knew I was going to report insurance fraud, he kept explaining and explaining. I walked out with a grin out the office and tell me why the dentist and I believe his wife(Janet Do) chases me and my mother to our car and have us roll down the windows. They kept explaining and explaining, but I just simply rolled my eyes. One week later, I get a refunded statement from my insurance stating«customer satisfaction». OMG can you believe that? That puts a negative stereotype on how all asian doctors are shady. I won’t be surprised, with the look at that office and the out of date device that they use, their only clients are non-speaking English clients that they would just rob their medicare/social security benefits funds. I decided not to call the insurance fraud, although since I kept ALL my previous statements in the past I know I would have a great case, but shame on them. I’ll let them live with that and I’ll tell all my family members and friends that live in that area that I come across not to go with that dentistry, as well as the asian community, and as well as my old orthodontist that had originally referred me to them.
