This place is horrible. The staff is so rude. If you have insurance they overcharge your insurance and still ask you to pay more from your pocket even though insurance paid them more than enough. He did my filling for two teeth. They are last only for few months and fell off. I called and the staff so rude she said even the real tooth still fall off if you brush every day and she hung off my phone. I tried to called in next few days and tried to schedule if he can refilling my teeth and pay him. One day before my appointment, he asked his staff called me back and told me not to come. He is not responsible for it. When I saw my friend and coincident told him about my case and he told me himself experienced the same thing. My friend told me don’t ever go to that place. It’s too late for me. He billed all amount from my insurance even though just done few things.

This is a great place if you have nothing to do the entire day, want free AC, and want to go swimming. Yes, thats how long it takes, even if you show up to your appointment ten minutes early. And yes, that’s how you will look, drenched head to toe, after a regular teeth cleaning.
There are a lot of dentists working here. Pretty much all are just as bad, except for one. But that doesnt even matter because when you make your appointment, they ask you which dentist you want, and even though you specify which one, when you show up and wait for an hour or so, they end up giving you a different dentist. Their excuse, there was an emergency… you cant use that excuse on three separate occasions. They shouldve just called and rescheduled me instead of wasting my time waiting.

If I could put 0, i would! This is the worse place ever. Unprofessionnal, unpleasant, not honest… Avoid the place at all cost! The doctor never shows up at the front desk and the staff is not able to answer clearly any question. They may be able to have the job done, but I am sure you can find better place than this one for the ortho of your kids! The waiting time can go up to 2h30! The front desk secretary has told me they were part of the Metlife network, and they were not! i have now to pay high amount from my pocket! And one last point! Always double check the amount you pay and what the insurance pays!
