The worker here was extremely rude and he didn’t answer any of my questions all he did was look at me and grunt. He was uninformative and he didn’t explain to me how to buy a slurpee so he charged me for an empty one and refused to let me fill it. I am NEVER going to a 7⁄11 again and I’m making sure no one goes to this shitty location again until someone takes care of the horrendous staff.

Man, that night shift guy, Asish or something like that, is really rude. I was trying to be nice and told him, all the 1 gallon milks are dirty with lots of dusts. He said, ‘if you don’t like it, go to other stores and get it.’ As a local customers, I’m speechless.

So this is your typical 7 – 11. I dont really think its any better or any worse than your other typical 7 – 11 joints. I have been to a few to say the least. This one had decent staff… quickly helped me with my lotto ticket purchase on one trip and hooked up the free bee slurpee on another =D The floors counters and machines seemed to be clean. The machines were all in working order. I will go back if I am swinging by in the future and need to stop for whatever random reason would come up.

I was here today for the«free big gulp» celebrating 7 elevens birthday week. Their machine shows«free big gulp today 7/12″. When one of the workers walked by, he mumbled something under his breath about big gulp being free. I looked at my girlfriend confused because we knew it was free. So why is he repeating it? After we made our choices and walked to the register, I showed my phone screen saying free big gulp. The guy behind the register says „no free.“ I’m sorry what? Your store is obviously a participating store since you’re advertising it, but it’s not free? The guy with a heavy Mexican accent then repeats „cho me barcode or no free.“ I told him it doesn’t show a barcode and he’s like „no barcode no free Jew understand me?“ I ask him why isn’t it free when it obviously says it’s free and he replies „I don’t know why it no work. I call company my company hab problem no my problem. Jew won pree drink Jew ass first Jew understand me?“ Wtf. So I’m like „I’m not paying for this.“ Then the other worker comes from behind me and he dares to say,“what’s the problem. It’s only 99 cents just pay for it. Why are you so cheap?» Are you kidding me? In not about to pay for something that’s advertised as free and especially not after you just called me cheap. So he goes«here I’ll pay for it since you’re so cheap. Happy?» Oh nuh uh qurlfriend yo nappy ass didn’t just call me cheap twice in a row. So he «pays the other guy»(never saw the money enter the register) and says«why be so cheap man? It’s only a dollar.» Walked out with a free big gulp like I’m supposed to. I don’t care if their company has problems. If you’re going to advertise it, honor it. I told them they should take down the sign or put up a sign explaining they don’t give free big gulps today and they say«no it’s corporate policy». Uh huh. No worries. I called 7 eleven corporate and notified them of this crappy branch. I’ve been going to this branch for a while but they’ll never get my business again that’s for sure.

I’m sure all the people that come here know the Slurpees suck. When you fill them up your cup is light, like it’s mostly air in it. They have had to of found a way to cheat the machine into putting in more air. I’m never satisfied when I get a Slurpee here. Any where else you go the Slurpees are heavy and full of ice and juice. I don’t see why the Slurpees here are of such poor quality.

I called this seven eleven on Saturday asking if that had gift cards because I was looking for an easy gift I asked the male I was speaking to on the phone if there was a minimum amount for the cards because I know at target and vons there is a minimum of 15 to 20 dollars he told me I had to go in and check I didn’t understand why I had to go in and check if I had him on the phone in the store! Isn’t that why he works there so I can help?! After going back and forth about if he can check I asked if there was someone else I can speak to cuz I didn’t know if he was understanding what I was talking about he told me no I asked if there was a manager if I could speak to he told me no and told me if I couldn’t understand him not to call him! Wow really? All I needed was some simple information This seven eleven needs some customer service skills! I’ll never walk into this place ever after that experience thank god there plenty more seven elevens!

Nice 7-eleven on a very convenient corner(Mission Dr. and Muscatel Ave). Can’t argue or complain about that. I’ve been a frequent customer to this 7-Eleven since I was in middle school and high school. You’ll definitely see a lot of kids at this location since its so close to the local schools. The parking lot is large and can easily hold about 10 – 15 cars or so. I’ve never had any problems with parking here.
