Warinanco ice Rink

Great family fun! We loved our time here for public ice skating. The ice rink is well maintained and just like we remember from 20 years ago!

I heard a lot of good things about this rink. So when I heard that my son’s team had a game schedule at this rink, I was excited. I had to battle the snow to get to this rink, they have good parking right outside.
From the outside this place didn’t look special, but when you enter you quickly see the charm. This rink have a huge fire pit to keep the parents warm on a cold day. Once you enter the ice area you will notice the wood roof that covers the ice surface. The seating was comfortable but that didn’t help with the cold. The ice seem well maintain and they Zamboni the ice in between the 2^nd and 3^rd period but that was okay it allow me time to get a pretzel and to warm up. The game itself was exciting with my son’s team losing a nail biter as we were leaving the rink it started snowing hard. A perfect way to end the day. A very nice rink, that was worth the visit.
