DO NOT GO HERE!!! I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone! I bought a groupon for full highlights with deep conditioning treatment. I had dark brown hair and finally got the guts to do purple highlights. I was happy leaving there, but I didn’t get full purple highlights, partial ones and she still charged me full price to make the rest of my hair a darker brown almost black. The color looked great so I didn’t really complain… BUT 3 days later the purple washed out after shampooing ONCE! My ends were blondish/​brown from the bleaching that needed to be done for the purple. I called Manisha and explained what had happened and she took me the next day. I didn’t want to risk the purple washing out again so I told her just give me caramel highlights. After getting rid of the purple, adding toner and adding the highlights in the back (I explained I wanted what I paid for with the groupon-​full highlights), I had to dry/​style my own hair– color clients have to do it themselves… My hair looked horrible! I had chunks of copper/​brass looking highlights and chunks of black in the front. I have had caramel highlights many times and this looked NOTHING like it. I literally cried while talking to her and told her I didn’t like it at all. I was told she had other clients and there was nothing she could do to help me. I asked her if she could just dye it all back to dark brown and I was told no that she didn’t have time and she gave me what I asked for. I paid over $ 100 to come home tonight only to apply a $ 10 box of hair dye on my hair. Very, very disappointing in the whole service and the way things were handled. I will never go back here again or recommend this salon to anyone who cares about what their hair looks like.

Don’t recommend this place. Feel like its a rip off. The Keratin lost it’s effect after the first wash. Very very disappointed. I thought this was gonna last a few weeks. Probably been using cheap products on customers. I’ve gotten Keratin treatment from other places, and this is certainly a joke. Definitely not coming back nor recommending friends to this dishonest place.

Was so disappointed in my highlights. I typically don’t get my hair done often however, I wanted to add some highlights. It was way to blonde and thick. I believe she left the dye in my hair too long because she had other clients there that she was trying squeeze in while doing my hair. They don’t blend well with my hair and are bleach blonde when typically I prefer a darker blonde. I had a Groupon for the salon and decided to give it a try. I definitely wouldn’t go back.

Manisha is amazing! She discussed with me my options for hair coloring and haircut, and when she was done with me, i knew I found a gem here in roselle. Having moved here just a few months ago, I didn’t know where to go. Thank you Unilocal for pointing me to the right direction!
Manisha gave me back the confidence to look at myself in the mirror again, it’s true!
