whatever you do, don’t order from this location! i placed an order online and i had a free pizza coupon that i used so i ordered a large pepperoni pizza, a medium cheese pizza (which would be free) and a pepsi. it took over an hour and a half to get here! why the hell does it take 1 ½ hours to deliver 3 items? i kept calling and asking where my pizza was and the dominos employees kept saying «it’s coming! it’s coming» that was bs! on top of that, when the pizza got here, it was cold and the drink was a sprite. i ordered a pepsi. honestly, this location is horrible and i will take my business elsewhere next time.

A customer gifted my staff some gift cards to Dominos, and this is the closest one that delivers. We don’t even want to use the rest of the cards we have after two bad experiences. Rude staff, messed up orders, long waits. The delivery guy asked us for his tip??? The first time was Christmas Eve so I chalked it up to being busy and let it go… but the 2^nd time showed me they are just really really bad at customer service.

Giving it a low rating because of customer service. I called and was placed on hold for just under 20 minutes, as I hung up. If you are putting someone on hold, you should check in periodically with the customer. I understand it is Friday night, but… Ordering online was not easy. There is a special for 2 medium pizzas for $ 5.99 each, but when my wife placed the order, the promo prize was not reflected.

Horrible service! After waiting for 49 minutes they called me and said delivery would be another 90 minutes. I asked why and they hung up on me. I called back and asked to speak to the manager and was hung up on twice!

Place is very different after after the renovations done in the early 2000’S.
Well there are some kind people in this place and some that aren’t. The driver (marek) is very rude and seems to hate everything. Being half polish myself, i thought we would get along well but no, i was a few cents off (couldnt have been more than 5c) marek flipped out and stated something in anger as he walked away. I wasnt even aware of what i had done so all i said was «ok» with wide eyes.
But this place has great food still And from now on, i pick up my orders
