DJ’s Limousine Service

I had an outstanding experience with DJ’s. Rented a 40 person limo bus to go from Manhattan to NJ for a day trip to the pumpkin patch. Bus showed up on time and came with a bartender! The bus was in great condition with a bathroom and killer sound system. Good communication from the start. Will definitely use DJ’s for future outings!

I did my research prior to choosing this service… i guest not too well.
I chose this limo service because it assured me that the driver would be able to navigate from hotel to hotel in A/C…that should have been the least of my wories.
I rented out a 16 passenger party bus my specifications that it have an Ipod Connection, the lady on the phone assured me it did. Great! I call a day before the event to provide further information, and again i ask about the ipod connection, she assures me again. Wonderful! Bus comes At 1 Am as schedule first thing i do is go to the bus to connect the ipod… what do you know there is no ipod connection, ask the driver he says the 16 passengers don’t have one, ok fine this is minor we can make due with CD’s, a blast from the past! An hour into our trip the bus breaks down. The driver says a bus will be here in 1 ½ hours… just perfect, it is now 2:30 in the morning and my reservations at Providence Tropicana have now been lost and i’m out $ 500 bucks.
if you plan on calling this company for an adventure as to what will be done with our time and money then you will have a blast but if your looking to plan a wonderful evening go somewhere else.
After multiple calls to talk to the owner his explanation was that these things happen and he did all he could by allowing us to stay an extra 1 ½ …p.s that was the time that i paid for, and he gave us a bigger bus with an ipod connection… p. s thats what i asked for. He also went on by saying that he is loosing money because now he has to take the bus back to the mechanic and he is going to be charged more money… really don’t care about your mechanic and obviously you don’t care about your customer satisfaction. Dj you are not fit to run a business, and your customer service skills are horrible.

I booked a limo fro my brothers bachelor party last week, and could not have been more satisfied. I priced a few different cars at other area limo services and DJ’s was very reasonable. I went with their checkered cab limo which is supposed to accomodate 12 – 14 people we had 11 men and it was a bit tight but worked out well. Our drivers name was Phil he was great, really professional. The Taxi limo was a lot of fun to take out. I would definately use DJ’s again, my friends are already saying we should rent a party bus this summer.

We decided it would be a great idea to get a limo for our friend’s bachelorette party. It would take my friends from New Jersey to New York City (I was already in the city.) It would drop them off at the first location then when we would call the driver when we were ready for our next destination. He was fully aware of what we expected; we gave him a list of places we wanted to go to that evening.
We had the limo from 10pm-​3am.
It NEVER came back to the first and only bar we went to. We waited outside to see if he was circling the block-​no where to be found not even at 2:30am. We called his phone-​nothing. We called the company phone, and it was only an answering service. Every time we called all we got was, ‘we can only relay a message.’ Relaying a message is not going to get us back to New Jersey.
My friends lost their personal belongings (sweaters, shoes, and cell phones) and they had to take a train AND get cabs when they finally got back into NJ. Taking trains is not something that would be a problem, IF WE DIDN’T ALREADY PAY FOR A LIMO.
If whoever is answering your phone after regular business hours can’t send out another driver because your customers are stranded than what kind of business are you running.
