Rite Aid

Lol!!! Yea I started this review laughing. Oh how I loveeeee Rite Aid! Not this one in particular but I actually do love Rite Aid. This location needs a lot of changes. People have been complaining about the speed of service for the longest time and nothing has been changed expect for the décor of the store. I moved out of Rosedale and recently moved back and absolutely nothing has changed. I see that they renovated this store and it looks amazing, however why are they so slow? There’s never any staff to accommodate the crowd and it’s not a place where you can tell yourself I’ll be in and out. I’ve never had an issue with any staff but it’s just so slow! Lines are always long so be prepared to wait a while. All items in the store are easy to find and the store is cleaned immaculately. All this location needs to improve on is the pace of the service and it’ll be great!

two employees were using the N word and the F word right in front of my family. I was both enraged and embarrassed. When i asked him why he would use such language in front of customers he replied :” my bad, well you know work is rough” I will never ever come here again!!!

I feel like this rite aid is right in the middle. It’s not bad, yet it’s not exceptional. I mostly find what I’m looking for but often times certain items are out of stock. I might have to come in the same time they get shipment .LOL

I came in to this Rite Aid for some basic necessities.
It’s very slow here. They do not have many staff members. It looks very under-​stocked. They don’t have most of items other Rite Aids have. I find that strange.
The store is very clean, and organized. The aisle are big enough, etc. Its your basic Rite Aid.
The only perk about this location is that its open ²⁴⁄₇. This means that it’s accessible to you whenever an emergency arises.
I will be returning, only because its local.

This is the rite aid I’ve always been going to. Born and raised in this neighborhood and I’ve never had a problem with this place.
I’m really loving the new layout too.
Way to go guys!

I came in to get a couple things cause a friend of mine had a cold, I was in and out in like 5 — 10 mins the guy helping me out was super helpful

Usually has great deals like cereal for $ 1.98. Who beats that?!

Service is really really slow and employees lack knowledge of the products… nobody knows anything in there

I usually don’t review places like Rite Aid, but this location needs a new layout, or maybe better management. Everytime I step in here, it’s like they never stock the shelves. Half of the time, items are still in boxes, which are located on the floor. Get it together people!
