Mr Tire Auto Service Centers

Please do not use Mr tire they cheat their employees as well as their customers. They are taught to tell people their car is unsafe to drive unless the work is done now. They prey more on women then men thinking they will be able to scare them into a costly unneeded repair. There is a constant turnover of new employees due to incompetent management. It is all about making money no matter what lies you tell the customers, Saftey is the last thing they are concerned with.

I have been a customer of this location for years… i have brought in personal vehicles and work ones… to be honest i have spent a lot of money here over the years. I have seen managers come and go. All in which have been great, knew me and my vehicles. If needed they would give me a ride home or pick me up to come get my car.
Today i brought in a new vehicle i had just bought and wanted to get some maintenance done to it. the new manager Jim was the one handling it. he called saying there some recommendations and i approved them. Now when he called me back and said it was ready to be picked up is where the problem started. I told him great i will try to get a ride there before they closed, if i couldn’t find one, i would be there first thing on the morning to get it.
I got a huff and a puff then an attitude. he replied that i needed to get it today for the guy to get paid. if i couldn’t get it til tomorrow he wanted payment over the phone. i asked did policies change? i have never experienced this before. then he became even more irritated, went into a rant and was about to hang up on me when i told him i will give you the payment, i was just asking, in all the years i have gone there i have never had this problem. He failed to give me my total cost that he wanted me to pay. then said he would not be on the next day when i pick it up… i told him the invoice better say paid and i better not have a problem since your making me pay now.
If this is a permanent manager, and this is how things are going to be. i’m gona have to take my 4 vehicles elsewhere. he was an ass

I went to this store for rotation and balance and came away with a broken seal on the oil fill cap and the cap left on the wheel well. The cap had been sealed 2 days earlier by the dealer as a recall procedure to check oil consumption. The manager stated that the tech had no need to remove the cap: however, he advised me that I needed to replace the air filter. The invoice indicated that I declined anti-​freeze, power steering fluid and battery post cleaning; how could they recommend these without opening the hood? The dealer had placed a seal on the oil fill cap 1100 miles earlier and it was in place upon my return visit. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR CAR!!!

Drop my car off here for oil change and pick it up hours later after school/​work never have had a problem, guess it shouldn’t be hard to get an oil change done in 9 hrs though. Never had them push anything on me which I like, I do my own brakes and I had another place tell me I needed new brakes a month after I changed them. So far so good

If it were possible to give less than one star that’s what I would give. I had a 9am appointment for a service that I was told would take approximately three hours, at the 3 hour mark I went to check to see how much longer they were JUST pulling the car into the bay! …AND they got grease on my door panel. Needless to say I didn’t let them do anything to the vehicle, went across the road to NTB and got wonderful device.

I was the second person in line with no scheduled appoi. tments ahead of me. I needed an oil change and a tail light replaced. Took 2.5 hours. Service was so poor I created my firat Unilocal review. Avoid at all costs
