took my computer in along with an external hard drive because it had a virus and so if my files could be found to be put on the hard drive. received my computer with no volume, none of the files that were needed were there, and they didn’t even bother to look for them. the ones they «recovered» they didn’t even put on the external hard drive. took it back the worst customer service ever!!! i never write reviews on companies but be warned that this place is a rip off and over priced!!! they can not explain in detail what they do to your computer and can’t explain why they charge you so much. i will never return there with any of my computer issues nor will i reccomend anyone to go there.
beware!!! if you do, the owner is rude, smart mouthed, and hateful!
