«Now this is heaven» was uttered by my boyfriend as we indulged in our second bagel of the morning. A cinnamon bagel with honey pecan cream cheese. Perfection!

The only thing worse than the customer service at this place are the customers themselves. This is some kinda local redneck clubhouse. Proceed at your own risk.

As always Bagel tree never disappoints me. thank you Lori and Lynie for always giving me such great service. Of course the food gets 5 stars as well. I love my jalapeño bagels with smoked turkey!!!

Great restaurant, excellent service, love their freshly baked goods. There’s lots of selection. If you haven’t been there, make an effort to go.

When I am feeling naughty, I love to get an onion bagel with cream cheese and bacon. I am often naughty. They know me by name and my order. Plus, when I am in a hurry, I can call my order in to avoid the lines.

Great bagels. I’m from the S.F. Bay Area, and I am part Jew. I KNOW BAGELS. I can’t say they’re the best I ever had, but they are really good and close.
The interesting thing in this place is the friendliness and the efficiency. There can be a line to the door, and they will clear it in just a few minutes. Parking in back is sometimes a little tight, but there is really plenty of space — just that everyone tries to park near the door.
Biggest complaint is that they run out of some bagels. I believe it’s because they don’t want to have any left over at the end of the day, so they don’t make enough. Today, I was there before 10: a.m. and they were out of three that I was going to buy to take home.
Biggest plus is the warmth of the café itself. Everyone talks to everyone.

I love this place, hands down. I lived in Roseburg most of my life and now live in Salem, and it is the one food place I really miss! Their bagels are wonderful, the prices are great, and the place is a cute little hole-​in-​the-​wall. Definitely would recommend!

Great bagels and very sweet owners! They also have the only boba/​bubble tea in town and it is delicious! Cute atmosphere too. This place is pretty popular and its popularity is definitely deserved.

One of those rare places that truly deserve over 5 stars. Their bagels are always amazing along with any of the drinks.
I usually get any type of (sweet) bagel with the honey pecan cream cheese and my sister gets any type of (savory) bagel with the chicken cashew salad and we split halves. Literally the best bagel you will ever have. I’ve lived in San Diego, Eugene and Vegas and have never had a bagel this good. Honestly, go here.

So glad I tried this place, now it’s a regular stop when I go to the library next door. Delicious bagels (my favorite is the mushroom Swiss), friendly employees and quick service even when it’s busy.

The bagels are so soft and fresh! Almost as good as NewYork bagels. I like that they serve organic coffee… I wish they offer more organic and local foods. They also do wedding cakes and fancy deserts, from the pictures look very impressive.

Hands down best bagel I’ve ever had in my life. I got the poppy seed with cream cheese and the hubby got jalapeño cheddar with eggs and bacon. We both devoured them in a matter of moments. It was glorious. If you are in the area and need a quick easy and amazing breakfast or lunch, this is the spot. You will not be disappointed. Also we read some other reviews about the parking, we have a 18 foot trailer and there were plenty of spots at the library right across the street. My GPS took me a few blocks away so if you are having trouble I would just put the library in the GPS.

This little gem was hard to find and I’m glad we didn’t give up. If you are coming from the north, NE Winchester St turns into NE Jackson St. Google Maps and Apple Maps both tell you to turn onto Odell St, but don’t do it. Just stay on NE Winchester past St Route 138 (NE Diamond Lake Blvd) and you will come right to it. The Bagel Tree Café is across the street from Douglas County Library, next to the Town Center sign.
We had Mexicana turkey sandwiches (one on a cheddar bagel and one on an everything bagel) and cheddar potato soup. All were very good. The Baja cream cheese was very tasty and not too spicy.
Excellent lunch stop when traveling.

Came down to Roseburg on a RV trip down to Cali and stopped by this place on a lunch break, when we came in the café I felt like we came to a great place to eat lunch. The place was very casual and café-​y. Nice taste in art too,
As for the food I was not disappointed, the bagels are like a New York style kind and was packed full of flavor. My father had a cashew chicken salad bagel and loved it and our family friend had a roast beef pastrami on a garlic bagel and loved it as well, so the bagels were great but avoid the bubble tea. The boba were frozen, hard, and definitely not fresh. Avoid the tea but everything else should be taken into consideration, if you are in Roseburg and want some lunch come here!

What a pleasant surprise when looking for somewhere to grab a bite of breakfast! Once again our Unilocal app did us right! Great food, friendly service and large RV parking across the street at the library.
The bagel sandwiches are out of this world at this little breakfast spot. Mr. S enjoyed a sandwich of egg, cheese and tomatoes but had lox envy when he spied my entrée. I had the traditional lox on an onion bagel, but it was far from ordinary. The lox was some of the best ever and the cream cheese, capers, tomatoes added to the flavor explosion. I weakened and shared my sandwich with Mr. S, but it was only love that made me do it.
I have to add that this was so good that when we were on our return trip, down the coast, I had to talk Mr. S out of cutting across the state to have another breakfast bagel at the Bagel Tree!

Really a great place. Without Unilocal we would never stopped by. Bagels selection is just amazing — also for breakfast or brunch. Seating is not very comfortable but you do not expect this. Around noon the ordering line fills up quite fast — then it turns down again. If you are stopping in Roseburg — it’s the place to have a bagel.

I have been waiting weeks to come here and I was not disappointed! I ordered the Mexican turkey which had turkey, lettuce, pepperjack cheese, spicy cream cheese, and I added avocado on a jalapeño cheddar bagel. The turkey was piled on and the spicy cream cheese had a surprising little kick to it! The mayo was very tasty and the sandwich was amazing. The avocado came in a blended guacamole like form which I didn’t prefer since I like fresh slices but it was still good. I also ordered a strawberry lemonade and it was perfectly refreshing. Not too sweet and not too tart. very good strawberry flavor. I can’t quite tell if they make it in house or if they buy it from somewhere but it was good either way. Service was a little slow and they forgot to give me my lemonade so I had to ask for it. The people who work here are friendly though so they make up for the lack of speed. Overall though, this place is great! Can’t wait to come visit Roseburg again so I can come get breakfast here!

Great fresh sandwich on a bagel. I just wished it was bigger for more seating. Bring your appetite and room for a great dessert!

Meh. We were driving through Roseburg and wanted a place to stop for some lunch on Sunday. This place gets great reviews, so we figured we would give it a shot.
Unfortunately, there wasn’t anywhere to sit. They have just a few seating spots, and they were all full, despite a pretty big line. I suspect that they fill up regularly. Might be time to move to a bigger location. Their current location is also in a pretty rundown building, and they haven’t done much to fix the place up – they could use a new coat of paint, some new flooring, etc. For such a small space that is so busy, I don’t think the cost would be an issue.
Their bagel selection was pretty sparse at about 12:15. Any sort of «plain» bagel was out. We ended up doing a variety of bagels/​cream cheese and bagel sandwiches using cheese and berry bagels, which were OK but nothing extraordinary. I had a BLT bagel sandwich on a Cheddar and Jalepeno bagel. It was good, but messy, and a bit greasy.
I know Roseburg is a small down without too many choices, but honestly I wasn’t that impressed.

The Bagel Tree Café is our favorite food establishment in all of Roseburg, Oregon. Okay, I have to admit that this is the only spot that we’ve eaten at in this fine city. We were passing through, and decided to give this place a try based on it’s high rating on Unilocal.Have to admit that we had a fine eating experience here.
We arrived here in time for a late lunch. Parked at the library parking lot across the street and walked on over. Walked into the café and was a bit surprised with how small it was. There were only a few tables available. Fortunately, we were able to grab a table for two before ordering at the counter. Most of the people were having their orders «to go».
The following are the items that we purchased:
1. Chinese cashew chicken salad on a Honey Wheat bagel ($ 7.25 sandwich) for me. I’m not a fan of bagels, but I have to admit that I enjoyed this sandwich very much. That cashew chicken salad tastes delicious! (4 stars)
2. Chinese cashew chicken salad on a Mushroom Swiss bagel ($ 7.25 sandwich) for my sweetheart. We both thought that her mushroom swiss bagel tasted better than my honey wheat bagel. Combine that with the yummy cashew chicken salad inside it and you have a winning combination. (5 stars)
3. Jalapeño Cheddar bagel ($ 1.70) we bought for later. We both agreed that was the best bagel of the three we tried. Maybe the best we’ve ever had. (5 stars)
4. Flan Bar costed $ 2.50 It tasted okay. Expected it to be better though. (3 stars)
5. Blueberry cheesecake costed $ 2.50 For the price, I thought that this cheesecake was pretty darn good. (4 stars)
6. Sticky Bun was $ 3.25. Had this the next morning. Tasted yummy! (4 stars)
7. Fruit Smoothie was $ 3.75. They do not use real fruit. Still tasted ok. (3 stars)
Service was fine from the girl who helped us. Café was clean.
Would absolutely return for the yummy bagels and the delicious chinese cashew chicken salad.!! Those items are 5 stars! Wish there had been more of a selection of bagels when we were there. Guess they had sold out of most of the choices before we arrived.
Check them out if you are in the neighborhood. Like I mentioned earlier, I am not a fan of bagels. This place, though, I will make an exception for.
