There is one thing to disagree with another person, but to flat out lie and say your crew hand dug through clay dirt 12+ inches and found a destroyed clay pipe without any moisture in the soil, come on we’re not that stupid (TERRA FIRMA). WOW! Really your going to dispute your equipment on my green grass with out plywood. Public stay in touch I’ll be filing my complaint with the CCB BOARD. F.Y.I. I also received a bid from RAM JACK $ 3,426.00 LESS, but they could not do the clean space system in basement, my biggest mistake in a long time not going with RAM JACK.

The first bid was $ 13,000.00 higher than the competitor. When I told them this they adjusted the bid to almost match Ram Jack. The presentation was informative, but took over an hour with a high pressure sales feeling.
Ram Jack is a more honest company and even though we had some trouble getting the results we wanted, they worked with us to problem solve and get the job done.

Ryan never showed up for an appt at 9am on Saturday. I received an email and phone call to confirm the appt but no one ever showed up. Big waste of time and my roommates were mad at me for getting them up early on the weekend for no reason.

Yikes! our house had water in the crawlspace. TerraFirma walked us through a process over the phone (we are absentee owners) and provided us with options for necessary pre-​work) first use someone else to dewater the crawlspace.) the manager seemed quite patient and helpful over the phone.
A price of $ 6300 was quoted. We were very surprised to learn that this price was for about 7 hours of labor total, plus parts, and didn’t include providing power to the sump pump. We then had to separately find and pay an electrician ($ 260) to hard wire the sump pump. A list of electricians was provided.
When my husband requested an itemized bill that might justify the seemingly very high charge, they balked.
while we are happy that drain tile and a sump pump were installed, we are less than happy that the pump was not installed with a (promised) extension cord (they actually called the neighbor to try and beg one from her), and that the worker tried to sell us additional product to fix the water problem… why wasn’t it installed along with the sump pump at the time of installation if it was needed?
good work — so far. but a high price to pay. professional people, but unsatisfactory resolution to cost questions.

The presentation took all the guess work out of the projects.
They strengthened the cinder box wall in my garage using carbon fiber bands every 5 feet. An affordable solution.
I’d recommend this company for all their services judged on what I know.

Terrafirma was fast, reasonable and thorough. They are definitely less expenseive than other companies around, and from what I see did great work. they take pride in what they do. had 1 minor issue and they were quick to rectify it. Everyone I worked with was super professional. They communicated throughout the job and kept me updated on the work. I would definitley have them do work for me in the future.
