Great Taco Bell experience. They call you by name when your order is ready. Everything was really clean as well.

If you like taco bell… Then you won’t be disappointed. It is everything that is taco bell and the food is decent. This is an older dated taco bell and the interior is dated and in bad need of a face-lift. Fine dining it is not… But if you are craving some marvelous junk food, taco bell never disappoints.

The Great: The cashier went above and beyond to make my kids’ day(9:30 pm). He was patient in taking my order for non-spicy food for the kids(quesadillas with no jalapeño sauce inside). When they played the silly coin drop game on the counter with high hopes and didn’t win, he gave them all free cinnamon twists anyway. Very nice guy. Could improves: No spoon came with my cantina bowl. Nacho chips were a little stale or Taco Bell changed the recipe.

Friendly staff and the service was better than most restaurants. For faster service go inside to place your order. The drive thru is usually long. It’s seems everyone is trying to make a run to the boarder.

I’ve been to the Roseburg Taco Bell hundreds of times and I have been really impressed with my service lately. They are always friendly and never get my order wrong. Not to mention they are really fast. However, I went to the drive thru. I rarely go inside because that’s a completely different experience. It’s usually not terribly clean in the dining room and the line is always long. Also, the trash cans always need emptied. The food is always good though.

I have eaten at several Taco Bell stores in OR and WA. I have to say that the one in Roseburg is the worst. The portions are about one half of what you get at other stores. When I take my grandchildren here they always have to order extra because the burritos are so thin. Customers do not get their money’s worth here

Okay for a Taco Bell this was the best one I have been to. All the ingredients seemed much fresher than normal, and everything was nice and hot, the cheese in the quesadilla was actually melted really well. Very clean and modern. Kind of surprising for the middle of no where Taco Bell.

OK… I normally don’t review fast-food joints, mainly because I rarely frequent them. Yesterday was the exception. My partner and I camped out in the woods Sunday night. Typically, for the two of us, camping involves copious amounts of alcohol. Sunday was no exception! So after an unsatisfying camp breakfast, we packed up and headed back towards home. Roseburg was the first real town we hit on the way. TACOBELLTIMEBABY! I got to try the new Dorito’s Loco taco. Stoner/munchy HEAVEN! It was so good, but in all honesty, if someone blindfolded me, I probably wouldn’t have noticed a difference between the regular taco, and the new Dorito shell. I also noticed that this particular TB had new sauces… Not just mild, medium, hot, fire… They had a roasted pepper sauce, and a salsa verde. The roasted sauce was pretty good actually. Giving this place 4-stars because I got to try the Dorito thing, plus the cashier was SO friendly, and the place was clean, and speedy! Perfect cure for a hangover!

It’s Taco Bell. As for the food, it’s about the same as everywhere else, albeit a few different menu options. Being the only one in town, it gets pretty busy, so if you come during peak hours, expect a long line, especially in the drive through. Because of the high volume of customers and the lack of storage space in the building, they tend to run out of an ingredient or two on Thursdays and Sundays; reportedly their freight comes in the following days. The most common item they seem to run out of is guacamole. You’ll find that they try to push you through the drive through as fast as possible, but its not with an intention to be rude. Once again, it’s a busy place, so they’re just trying their hardest to get you what you came for and take care of the next customer. It is fast food, after all. They’ll also occasionally get in a rush and forget to add something to your order, or take it off, if you requested it. It’s happened to me. I’ve called them and let them know, and they are usually happy to replace it next time I come in(save your receipts, just in case!). In any case, if you like Taco Bell in general, you shouldn’t be disappointed.

This place is always busy and usually it’s faster to go inside and make your order to-go. It’s gotten better, but they used to mess up my order all the time. I had a bean burrito with no onions, or a crunchy beef taco with no lettuce. Unfortunately, that is not what I would receive. In the drive thru, I feel a little rushed to put my change money away because as soon as you get your change, they’re already stuffing your food in your face. The drive-thru is pretty rude, as far as that goes. Other than that, it’s cheap so that’s good.
