I avoided this place for a long time after it opened. Visions of four day old gas station sushi kept dancing in my brain. I’ve had sushi in NYC, San Francisco, Waikiki and all points in between. Seriously, how good could the sushi be in a little place next to a take-and-bake pizza and a Ray’s grocery store? Turns out, it can be pretty darned great. The entire place is so spotless, even someone with OCD will be happy. The menu is varied enough that those who would never dream of eating raw tuna or eel can find something. They use fresh, high quality ingredients. The owner graciously greets you when you arrive and seats you in their small rice paper screened dining area. Their prices are incredible. Frankly, the only reason it’s not getting 5 stars is because the traffic going by on the highway can get a little noisy and the ambiance is a little lacking. It doesn’t have the charm of a traditional sushi/noodle bar where the selections go by on a belt for you to choose from or the exotic romance of sitting on the floor in a private little dining room drinking saki with friends. For what they had to work with — a former burger joint — they’ve performed a miracle. Such a pleasant surprise! If you’re craving sushi, give this place a try. I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.

We’ve been going to Sushi and Rolls for eight years and have never been disappointed! The food and service is exceptional and the ambiance is perfect. Almost feels like I’m back living in Japan! Highly recommended.
