I had car troubles while staying locally and was desperate to have someone check out my Yukon before heading back to Seattle over the 4th of July weekend I called 6 other locations that were recommended and not one could accommodate or was willing to accommodate me on short notice. I called Clint Newell as a long shot since I knew dealers were usually super busy after chatting with the Service Manager Frank and telling him I my situation he said to bring it on I’m immediately and they would see what they could do. While it wasn’t a quick or easy fix, they did get my rig fixed and back on the road in a few hours time. I can’t thank them enough for their help and service

If I could I would give there service department a negative star rating. This last Friday my family and I were traveling from California to the state of Washington. After coming into Roseburg our oil pressure had dropped to nothing, the check engine light came on and our car was beeping telling us to shut the engine down. We pulled into there service department told them our situation and asked if they could help. The lady had said I’m sorry we can’t get to it until Monday or Tuesday, I don’t know what else to tell you. But I can go online and check if there are any GMC dealers in Eugene that can help you. Which is at least another hour down the road if not more and we had two small children in the car with us and she wouldn’t even hook it up to a computer to check the engine error code to make sure it was even safe to drive. We ended up going around the corner to an Auto Zone the young man hooked up to our computer(which only took 5 minutes) and said it was an oil pressure sensor malfunctioning so we made it to Vancouver, Wa to Carr GMC dealer and received immediate and wonderful service and where back on the road.

Good experience with GMC warranty work. New to the area. Warranty was with a 3rd party which required extra hassle. Rebecca took care of everything which included a bunch of phone calls, scheduling with the warranty inspector, calling the parts supplier, etc. She notified me as soon as the part arrived. I arrived on time for the appointment and they had it done before I got back from breakfast. Very friendly people. Clean modern store. Every time I took my car in they washed it. Will definitely have all my service done here.

This place has to get 5 stars. I’ve gone here for years for major maintenance on my Colorado. A very knowledgable staff, and they are very friendly! David, I believe is his name, is always the one that takes in my truck. It’s a big time shop with a small town attitude. He always remembers my recent services and is honest and says it like it is. Keep up the good work!

Went in to have the oil cooler supply lines replaced on my Saab 95 Aero at Clint Newell in Roseburg which is just a 30 mile trip for me. Driving to the Saab dealer in Portland would have required a 400 mile round trip so I was hoping that this service locally would save me a whole day of driving. They were ready to do the job when I arrived and took me in right away. By the time I did some shopping and had lunch they were finished with the job. Quick and easy at about the same price as the Saab dealer without the drive.
