Owner of the business and his worker were drinking beer on the job. Also, when closing the pool they disconnected the heater and cross threaded the lines to the heater while doing so. My wife overheard them say that«they will have problems opening the pool in the spring.» The owner or the worker never told us there was any issues with the heater. When the pool was to be re opened the heater could not be reconnected and we have not been open the pool. The owner of the business has refused to take responsibility for the damage and blames the pool contractor that put the heater in originally 20 years ago. I have had to put a claim in against his insurance company. So far they have denied any liability because for a week, the owner of the business failed to call them and when he finally did, the insurance company has to take his side of the story. I either need a new manifold for the pool or a new heater. In any case, I will be filing small claims court papers against the pool contractor this week. Don’t hire Absolute Pool and Spas because they are absolutely irresponsible in my opinion.
