Very terrible service, for installation of my central air condition system he was there promptly to pickup a check. For a service call they are the absolute worst. They promise they would come out next day and never show up, they avoid your phone calls for weeks, Avoid this company!

Initial installation service was good, but when needed for warranty assistance very poor. Made many phones calls for assistance with the response that I would receive a return call from the office, but nothing, I was very persistent calling the owner with same stating his wife would call back, waited over two weeks. Finally receiving a call from the wife with same stating I have to call an 800 number and pay a warranty transfers fee. How is something this simple becomes so complicated to relay with the first call. Know the job and details that go along with it.
