Live super close and have ordered pizza a billion times from here. Last guy reviewed said give them two hours to deliver far away… not my expectations for any food delivery — but give them at least an hour no matter how far you live. However – the real issue at this location is the service and the pizza quality. In 2010, this place had good pizza, since 2013 or so– you get undercooked pizza always, and slow and/or rude service, or even the wrong toppings. I actually Keep going back cause I remember when they were good. In the past, I have complained to their corporate office and got an excellent reply from them — but still no changes at this location. But I won’t be back, I have had one undercooked pizza too many. Frozen pizza it is from now on when I have a pizza craving. Bottom Line – Not a lot of pizza options around here that are good and open late, so if you have to wind up here — don’t expect too much, and you won’t be disappointed.

Had a layover at a Days Inn in Romulus and by the time I checked into my room the hotel bar kitchen was closed, so the front desk recommended Cottage Inn Pizza on account of their extended hours on weekends. I noticed Cottage Inn ads on the TV guide in the room and also on the room key, so I thought they must be decent if the hotel was willing to back them so hard. Ordered and was told it would take 45 minutes to deliver, which seemed a little much for what was just a 10″ personal pizza… and then I ended up waiting an hour and a half. During that time I tried to call Cottage Inn several times to check up on the order and was never answered. When the delivery dude finally got to my room, he basically just shrugged and didn’t even attempt to address my complaint. At that point I wasn’t hungry anymore, which was probably for the best because the pizza itself was undercooked and just not good. I hate to waste food, but I threw most of it in the garbage. Find another pizza spot. This one is totally unreliable. EDIT: This pizza gave me some pretty gnarly indigestion.

If I could give a lower review than this I would — the staff in particular Maria was extremely rude and I will ensure my staff, friends, and family will never order from there again. Terrible service and the pizza is no better than frozen pizza.

Decent pizza with flavored crust options. The Hilton had coupons for this place which make it a great deal.

Yuck! This would have been disappointing if it were a 5.00 pizza but at Cottage Inn prices, it is just beyond sad. This was my favorite pizza in college and seeing how far they’ve slipped is a real bummer

The salads and subs are disappointing, but the thin-crust pizza can’t be beat in the neighborhood!

I have had frozen pizza that put thiers to shame… undercooked…worse that pizza hut… two stars but just because it was delivered with no prob, and it didn’t make me sick, aside from these«pros» it was horrible

The pizza is average, but they are open late and they deliver. Which is a plus when the hotel resturant is closed and you need something to eat. I’ve also had the ribs. Again, average… but they’re really good when your on a business trip and you arrive to the hotel late at night.
