*DONBOSCO’S HARDWAREROMOLANDISSCAMMINGPEOPLEOUTOFTHEIRMONEYFORBUNKWATERHEATERSANDGODKNOWSWHATELSE!!! STAYCLEAR!!! They delivered a water heater wrapped in green shrink wrap. When we unwrapped it, the unit was seriously beat up and was quite old. As soon as we had it hooked up it leaked. I called them and told them and have gotten nothing but the run around. $ 270 later… Don’t do it!

Where do I start? Bought a heater that was supposed to come with a 6 month warranty, the day we bought it and installed it, it didn’t work. Let Francisco know that day and he assured us someone would be out to replace it or fix it. No one ever showed up. After numerous text and numerous phone calls to him that we never returned, We are now stuck with a heater that doesn’t work. So a complete waste of money. SHADY business do not trust them or buy anything from here, save you money and go to a company that will honor their merchandise and stick you with their crappy merchandise.

I am in the process of filing a civil lawsuit against this establishment and hope to find other customers that were scammed by this business. The water heater he gave me had false information and stopped working within 3 days! He promised a warranty with the product, but has not made any effort to fix the problem.

First clue that you can run into problems with these heaters is the fact they’re not in a box. New heaters come brand new in a box. Also, check serial number on heater before you buy, most brands have online warranty so you can check to see how old these heaters actually are. Not sure if they send out a licensed plumber for these installs but if not you could be paying more to fix at a later date. Don’t know where they get these heaters, but most likely they are used and that would be a red flag to consumer.
