D & D Plumbing

Excellent service. We contacted D&D Plumbing on Monday for a an outside faucet leak at our weekend retreat home in the Slanesville area. Wanda was very accommodating of our needs to have a plumber at our home on Friday, the earliest we could get up to the house. She clearly explained that due to the schedule a plumber would not be able to come out until late Friday. That worked fine for us. Dan called us about 20 minutes before he arrived around 4:45pm on Friday, letting us know he was would showing up soon. He and Jaden arrived around 4:45 and were both friendly and professional. Dan assessed the issue (a faulty seal/​valve) and fixed it within the first five minutes. We also wanted two shut off valves installed to the two outside faucets. The piping is located under the house, in a tight crawl space. Dan assessed the situation and, then, in short order installed the shut off valves. I was amazed at how quickly he he was able to get this work done. We turned on the water, he checked the work, gave us clear instructions on the wait time before we could turn the water back on, and was on his way. He and Jaden were very efficient, yet friendly — we were immediately comfortable with them. And the fee we were charged was more than reasonable. We expected and would gladly have paid triple the price. I can’t recommend D&D Plumbing any more highly. We will definitely use them for all of our plumbing issues — I wish they did work in NoVa.
