We are looking to recarpet our entire house. We visited the store based On a referral. Knowing they wouldn’t be the cheapest but had good value to their products. We started shopping around waiting our turn for the sales rep. When it came to us we got to ask exactly 2 questions before the rep got side tracked with two other clients who walked in after us. Apparently their money was greener than ours. After continuing to wait you can probably guess what happens. Yes we left. They just lost a sale of an entire house full of carpet. Make sure your checkbook is out and visible otherwise they won’t give you the time of day. We would have liked to support a local business but they forced us to take our cash purchase elsewhere.

I had Twin Oaks literally re-​carpet and install new flooring throughout my 2 story home. The installation was difficult because it involved several different types of flooring, Everything from tough carpet cuts & fits to ceramic tile, The installation went smoothly and I would feel confident in recommending Twin Oaks to others. We even got a much better price than the other company estimates. Soon, I sold the home as a result of its improved appearance, and got the heck out of Chicago.

I got new carpeting from Twin Oaks in Nov. 2012. Lynn, the owner and sales rep., did exactly what she said. The installation crew was professional and on time. After a small problem with me not cutting a door properly, carpet where there was none before, Lynn came back to help me correct the problem. All in all I will use them again when I need it.
