I guess I’m not exactly sure how 20 people behind the counter because I counted 20 people behind the counter can miss one person’s order who’s been standing there waiting for food for 20 minutes without asking if I’ve been helped watching people come in the line die down and me still be the only person standing there with the receipt in my hand. And then to pacify me they gave me a free meal card one meal for 20 minutes worth of my time one meal I’m never coming to this McDonald’s again I wouldn’t recommend going to that McDonald’s ever again and I honestly would want somebody written up for not paying attention to what it is that they’re wiping or deleting off of the system

If I could give it less than 1 star I would. This place is slow and customer service is horrible. I ordered a large fry and was waiting for 30mins. Though because they are franchised they can do what they want. Do not eat here, they are slow and service is horrible.

I read the other reviews on here before writing my own review. The staff here is incredibly friendly and accommodating. There is however a language barrier. I had walked in to grab something to eat while waiting to get my flat tires fixed. There was a staff member cleaning the tables. I had ask him what time they start serving lunch, he smiled and said hello while motioning me towards the register. The kid at the cashier was all smiles and was able to advise me that lunch started at 10:30 AM. I went to check out the play area. It is huge. It was clean and definitely a little dated. The booths had padded seating that needs to be replaced. I was able to place my order promptly at 10:30 AM. The manager who called out my food just shouted «fish» instead of the order number. That was slightly confusing. However, I got fresh fries and was perfectly content, but I was a little stunned by the price. Didn’t realize that the prices went up. Lastly, I was a little disappointed that I wasn’t asked if I had the app on me. I totally forgot about it!

I ordered a number 3 with cheese only and payed an extra 30 cents to add mac sauce. I get my order and it has everything on it without any mac sauce. I have an onion allergy so I couldn’t eat it or exchange it because I only have a 30 minute lunch break. I’ll never be back again

Play room was very dirty. Seat and high chairs had food all over, tables not wiped off.

I give McDonald’s 4 stars for their friendly staff, clean restaurant, and cool manager.
I had a bad experience going through drive-​thru while ordering my hubby’s meal (I don’t really eat their stuff), so I called in to voice my frustration and she comped his next order — same order. He was happy. So, they made good.
Good parking lot.
Easy access.
Not too long of a wait.

Corporate was here so that could explain employees’ best behaviour! Fresh food, too. Amazing play area. Entire restaurant was super clean and sanitary.

Let me begin with this: I love McDonald’s. It’s usually a cheap, hot, tasty meal quickly prepared. Usually. If you are thinking of eating at the McDonald’s off of Weber and Normantown, think of going anywhere else.
This is the closest McD’s to our house, and to begin a road trip, my husband and I wanted to grab a quick dinner. The drive-​thru was ridiculously backed up and we decided to walk inside. Though there are three cashiers and a slew of frantically running workers, it took forever to take our order. As soon as we placed the order, we step back to watch the hussle and bustle. Some employees tell the manager that the shake machine is not working. The MANAGER rolls her eyes, uncovers the top and sticks her arm inside. My husband and I looked at each other, mouths agape in stunned horror. DID SHE JUST STICK HER DIRTY, HAIRY ARM INTO THE FUCKING SHAKE MACHINE?! Yes. She «fixes» the machine, washes her hand and then proceeds to sell a shake out of the machine she just had her hand in.
Our food order came up and we were hesitant to eat it. If the manager on duty stuck her arm into the shake machine in front of people, god only knows what is going on behind the scenes.
