I made an appointment with these guys and they didn’t show up. My heat was off all weekend and they simply didn’t respond. On Monday, when I called them they acted like nothing was wrong and they would get to me when they had time. This seems to be a case of business owners come first, and customers way last.

Efficient! I’ve had problems with my AC unit since we purchased the home. We used multiple heating and cooling companies to service it. finally I came across M& R and they’re service is phenomenal and the prices are fair. In the middle of the worst winter in Chicagos history, I wake up with no water. M&R sent Mike out and I was met with the same outstanding service. Thanks so much for keeping my heating and cooling working.
