Dunkin’ Donuts

Service sucks here. No customer service at all. They toss your food at you without even a napkin or a donut cover (which means they just chuck the donut in a paper bag, face down and that just sucks).
Everything’s a big rush and it just makes you feel like cattle. It also appears that no one wants to work there. But, I reallllllly wanted a donut. And this is the only Dunkin Donuts around. So I guess they got that going for them…

Just came here for a midnight snack with my girlfriend, really great service and very friendly staff. Donuts and meal was excellent. Highly recommended!!!

I go here every day friendly service although I got my order wrong a couple of times. But overall good

Surpise!
My husband went thru the drive thru today and ordered 2 extra large coffees and 25 count of munchkins. We have been going there for years and sometimes they got orders wrong when we get back home. Today, I was sipping my coffee and didn’t taste right but I kept on drinking it. After a while I asked my husband to taste it. I swirled the cup a few times and still tasted the same. It seems like they added some extra cream and no sugar. So I went to my cupboard got the sugar container which has got a very tiny opening for pouring sugar. I took off the cup and poured some sugar in it. Wait it gets back better. I used a spoon to and stirred it and what happens to appear but a bottle cap from a water bottle or something else. I was appalled and so was my husband. I went to the establishment and they were dumbfounded they don’t know what happened. They offered give me a new one but I refused. I don’t what another hidden surprise. Here we come Starbucks!!.

Its a combined Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robins Ice Cream store.
Pros: Busy intersection. Friendly staff.
Cons: Can get busy at rush hour with a small parking lot.
I gave 4 stars for the staff’s friendliness and attentiveness.
Not much to say about food, except its a bit fresher donut here in the late afternoon. I suspect that’s because of brisk traffic so their donuts sell and don’t seem to get as stale by the late afternoon.

What can you really say about a Dunkin Donuts that would be even close to new. Nothing at all, but you can still be pleasantly surprised by friendly service and a clean restaurant. On the plus this is also a Baskin Robins combo location.
The location here is a little hectic, there is never enough parking and they have a super busy drive-​through which I never use. The people working here are generally really nice and since this place had an overhaul, it is always clean.
Donuts are still overpriced though, but who cares. No one should be eating anything from there anyway.
