Burger King

Since the last time I visited this location they remodeled with comfy seats, new bathrooms, many modern updates, and new friendly staff.
A couple firsts for me included BK’s newest FRIES, CHICKEN NUGGETS, & BUFFALO DIPPING SAUCE which I enjoyed very much. Yum, I want more!

So far the new and improved Burger King is great! Completely redesigned with a Coke machine! Friendly staff and I love the new look, a modern retro twist.

I thought the service would improve with the remodel of the building and hiring new employees and managers but it was the same as before. They immediately have you pull forward to clear out their wait time clock for the drive thru. There was somebody already pulled forward so they had us pull into a handicapped spot. There was nobody else in line and nobody came the rest of the 5 minutes we waited for burgers and fries. The chicken nuggets were cold and soggy and the fries were luke warm. I have no idea what the wait was for. They did get our order right though.

This place is the worst. In hindsight, we should have realized how bad it was when we walked in and the dining area was totally empty and we heard the staff yelling at each other. The manager took our order, and he was flat-​out rude. When my husband politely asked what was on the new sandwich, the manager, «F», rolled his eyes hard and spat out an angry response. It was really uncomfortable from the start just how hostile this guy was.
It took forever to get our food, which was weird, considering how empty the place was. When we finally got our food, it was cold. Not even «fast food» cold, but «sitting outside for the last hour» cold. My sandwich was *inedible*. I’d ordered a bacon cheeseburger, and I could not confidently say if the item they were trying to pass off as such was fit for human consumption. When the «bacon» looks like 100-​year old dog treats, the «cheese» looks like plastic and the «hamburger» looks like gray, government issue dog food and newspaper… it’s safe to say it’s not up to par. (It’s also safe to say I won’t be eating that).
Fellow Unilocalers, avoid this Burger King like the plague. You’d get a more balanced and satisfying meal at the gas station next door. Burger King, you’d be better off taking a loss and shuttering this location rather than letting it stay open. Awful employees with awful attitudes and food that is completely disgusting and inedible. It’s the worst kind of PR to continue to let a restaurant that is *this* sub-​par operate.

An extremely mediocre Burger King in every way. The guy who served us, who was a manager, wasn’t remotely friendly. When I asked him what the toppings were on a new sandwich that was only introduced a week or two ago, he seemed immensely irritated that I would dare ask.
We ended up getting a double bacon cheeseburger meal and a Big Chicken King meal. The cheeseburger was barely even remotely warm, and the chicken sandwich was so haphazardly put together that it was difficult to eat, not to mention that it was pretty much cold. The only thing remotely edible was the fries, which were basically average for Burger King. It is very unlikely that I’d ever come back.

That CHOLA manager with the crooked eyebrows is weird… very weird… i dont know if her eyebrows are shaved off and drawn on with eye pencil. .or maybe its tatted on… WHO KNOWS?
She always has some kind of chip on a her shoulder when you dont order a non breakfast item in the morning. Every BK sells whatever you want on the menu at anytime… but for some reason, this lady has a problem with her own company’s policy… its almost like she’s angry that you ordered a lunch menu item in the morning…
i dread this place but sometimes its the only option i have since its on the route i take to work…
wish i could give negative 5 stars but i cant. 1 star it is.
AVOID THIS STORE.

The food was fine but the waiting and the service were horrible. From the time we ordered at the drive through to when we were driving away was about 13 minutes — ridiculous!!! We ordered two breakfast sandwiches and French toast sticks, nothing special that should take that long.
