I received very good service on my frigidaire fridge, stove, and microwave from A & M. My stove was too hot, even though my food was undercooked; my fridge seal was torn; and he traced my microwave problem to one loose wire. Although they didn’t stock my parts, I got a call within a few days and all of my products work great now. My stove temp was adjusted right away. The serviceman was on time as promised, and did the work in a professional manner. I would probably not by a product line of appliances designed especially for a store (Lowes) again.

Do not call this place!!! They have the worst customer service. I tried to use them twice for warranty repair and they rescheduled twice, and this last time missed their appointment. The receptionist called me the next day and said call Frigidaire we can’t help you.
