Romeo Auto Glass & Accessories

We have had several window chips/​cracks repaired at Romeo Glass and Accessories. They are professional and pretty quick. The price is reasonable for that type of service. They even referred me to another glass place for a home window repair, above and beyond since that is outside of the realm of what they handle. One day I got another chip in my glass on my way home from work, I called them and they repaired my windshield even though I only arrived about 15 minutes before closing. Excellent customer service! We have an appointment set for window tint, we expect the same great service… Will update later!

I am writing this review from my home on a personal day I took from work so my car could have some work done. I should give this business 0 stars because they wasted my time and what could have been a days worth of earnings. I ended up calling at 1:00 p.m. and canceling the appointment I had scheduled for them to come to my home that day to change my cracked windshield because they couldn’t supply me with an estimated time of arrival after I called numerous times asking about it. When I called the phone number listed, I spoke with an employee who must have missed the class on customer service. He was not helpful and continuously rude.
After I canceled, I received a call from who I am assuming was the manager or owner inquiring about what type of vehicle they were supposed to service. He then informed me they didn’t even have my name on file due to the fact that the lady I spoke with when I made my appointment no longer works for the company. Wouldn’t you think someone could have told me that I wasn’t even listed as a job for that day during one of my previous 3 phone calls?
In short, I was not impressed with any aspect of company and will never do business with them. I hope they have already established a loyal customer base because at this rate they won’t be around long.
