Worst hacks in the game call anybody else. Any one will do a better job for less money after they hack your system up and you call them out on it. They will hang up on you very rude and unprofessional I don’t think the tec’s are properly trained either the only training they get is how to sodomize a customer I think that’s the nicest way I can say it as you can see in the picture I uploaded they did not give the customer a filter and they set the system on the ground so no airflow could get to the return the system never ran properly and they never cared to fix it properly or deal with the customer really sad.

$ 257 to fix a thermocouple plus a 6% charge up for using a credit card.
Really, wow!!! I am in the wrong field of work. Lesson learned, next time I will call around before calling the first place I can think of. Water heater stopped working so I called ABCO. On my fridge was a business size card magnet with their information so I figured this was a good place to call.
Over the phone I was told the service fee would be $ 75 and that included 20 minutes of labor. Okay, I understand there will be a charge for showing up. Repair man was in and out in about 20 minutes and it still cost $ 272.42 to replace a thermocouple on a water heater.
This is just my opinion, I am not an expert but I think I might have gotten had here!!!
As the repair man is leaving he hands me another magnet with the paid invoice. Threw that magnet straight in the trash. Thanks but no thanks!
