Very clean and new hotel. Staff were very nice/southern hospitality at its best. I drive a Commercial vehicle so enough room to park on Hobson. Breakfast was good and fresh. Rooms are clean and very nice.

The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. The front desk was polite and efficient. They are currently in the process of reworking the drive way entry so the only access to the parking lot is a gravel ramp to jump the curb which is actually sort of fun. It gives everyone a chance to actually use their SUVs for what they were designed for. ;)
For the class of hotel, the city it’s located in, etc, the holiday inn is a great choice.

This newer hotel is right at the end of the road! Staffs are friendly, and encouraged us to book over the phone for the very best rates. You might want to request a 4^th floor room facing the rear of the building, as there is a gorgeous view overlooking the steamy hills! The room was clean and coffee always available in the lobby. Suggestions to strengthen… the elevator was slow as a turtle, the pool was non-functioning…and I’m always looking around for free cookies! This hotel was across town from the family we came to visit, but we will definitely stay here when we return to Rome, Georgia.
