I am very impressed with this place. Prices are fair and the services was awesome. Took car of myself and my Nana. It was very quite and they even talked with us about what we wanted and made sure they did not hurt either one of us while removing ingrown toenails.

I’ve been to Best Nail three times, but I don’t anticipate going back. Here’s the thing — if you want a really terrific mani/pedi or some basic browscaping, this is a terrific place, provided you don’t mind chatting the entire time. Personally, I like to kick back and read a book or magazine while I’m getting a pedicure. I really don’t appreciate being asked invasive questions about my personal life every time I go to get my nails done. Questions like: «Do you go to church? Are you married? Why not? Do you have a boyfriend? Why not? Have kids? No, why not???» Every single time I come. EVERYSINGLETIME. The first time, I tried a polite«No,» and went back to reading my book. But by the second«why not,» I just glared. Went back a second time, and had the same experience with another worker. The folks there are friendly, I think they simply don’t have the same boundaries that I do. Many people would be absolutely fine discussing their religion and love life with a perfect stranger. I am not among them. I’m not a prude or fuddy duddy, I just want to get a pedicure without being asked personal questions. Talk to me about the weather or the news if you must, but c’mon. Unfortunately, the chronic rudeness has made me so uncomfortable that I won’t go back, even though they really do a great job at a fair price. I can’t give them a *bad* review, but be warned — when you come, be prepared for an inquisition the likes of which would make your grandma proud.

Without a doubt the best kept secret in Rome, as far as nail salons go. The family that runs this joint are on point and completely disarming. They have yet to hurt my delicate paws, and I’m sad to have to find another nail salon since I moved. The wait, if there is one, isn’t generally that long. They’re pretty fantastic with multitasking. Biggest thing… Tip these people. They give you a pedicure that will knock your socks off for under 20 bucks, so the least one could do is tip them a decent amount. ;)
