Interesting lack of communication. Amazing ability to lie through their teeth. Uncanny ability to pad their invoices.
You start out liking them… you really do. Millie is all about listening and agreeing and a plan. Then nothing gets done. She’s busy. Her assistant is busy. They drop the ball… and you terminate your contract with them… and they call you to tell you how they dropped the ball and were sorry that we were unhappy. And then, they charge you for that call. And not just charge, tack on an extra 15 minutes. And at $ 297/hr…you can do the math.
Despicable.
