If I could i would give then no stars. My partner went for a hair cut. The woman there would not cut our hair she gave us an appointment for the next day. (We didn’t think anything of it) then the next day my partner went in and another stylist told her «I wont cut your hair» she asked why and the woman just repeated herself.
I guess if you dont fit there type of person your out of luck.
Avoid this place! There action tell us how they feel about blond, blue eye people.

I was a skeptic the first time I went because of the other reviews, but I decided to give it a try because I need a place for eyebrow/​lip threading that was conveniently located and inexpensive. I have been back every other week since! They do as well or better at sculpting my eyebrows compared to 3 – 4 other places I have been in surrounding suburbs and it’s less expensive ($ 10 for upper lip and eyebrow). I have seen Purnjma the most and she is friendly and good at what she does. The only reason I didn’t 5 star it is because it’s nothing fancy and I haven’t tried other services. I love that I can get my groceries and hair threading done in one spot though! :)

WALK AWAY!!! Wish I could give them NO STARs! Please please please DO NOT GET ANYTHING DONE AT THIS PLACE!!! I needed my eyebrows done bad, and didn’t want to drive 30 min to my regular lady, I was shopping and saw this place eyebrows and eyelashes for $ 19 !! Of course I said heck yea what a deal!!! BIG MISTAKE!!! I told the lady just clean my eyebrows keep my shape! I even showed her a picture of why my eyebrows usually look like!!! She said yes yes no problem, she was done in like 30 seconds and started in the eye lashes, my eyeS would not stop watering, and when she was done my eyes felt so heavy! She mounted on the glue!!! Boy oh boy when I got home I looked in the mirror and started crying!!! My eye brows look horrible so THIN and NO SHAPE!!! I wanted to go back over there to yell at them for ruining my face! But what would I gain, beside high blood pressure! I washed out those nasty eye lashes! And thank god for pencil eyebrow liner! I HATE THIS PLACE ! please save your money and go to your regular people! In this case don’t try something new!!! It make me not want to even shop at meijer! Just so I won’t look at this place!!! !!!

VERY HORRIBLE SERVICE. They use way too much glue for the single eyelash extensions. They felt so heavy on my eyes. Also they don’t do what I ask. I asked to just clean out my eyebrows and they completely ruined my shape of eyebrow. And I can’t forget they burned my skin when waxing my upper lip. Definitely will not be going back.

I was at Meijer when I noticed this place. There were a bunch of coupons placed outside the store for their grand opening, so naturally I grabbed a bunch. I came back a week later for an eyebrow and upper lip threading for $ 8 with the coupon (regularly $ 10), which I thought was really cheap. She did a thorough job and was fairly nice. I also liked that she didn’t complain when I didn’t have cash and needed to use my card — some people make a big stink about that.
Super convenient if you’re in here getting groceries and definitely worth the price. It was way cheaper than most places, even without coupons.

I’m changing my review from 5 stars to 4 because I came back for the second time today and this woman was working by herself. I got my eyebrows and upper lip threaded again, and I’m not sure if it’s because she was in a rush, but this woman was not gentle. The threading really hurt and I actually bled, which I never do. Plus there were people waiting and this one customer got mad and left without paying because the employee had to take care of other customers’ threading in the middle of the woman’s pedicure. I feel bad that the employee was working by herself; I think this place just needs to get more/​better staff.
