I would like to say that Dr. Errico is as good as it gets because he is. I would like to say that his technicians are terrific because they are. However the office staff, telephone staff and billing departments are impossible to work with. When attempting to clear up a mailing issue for billing purposes the individual would not even listen to what I had to say. I have been a long time patient of the family 40 plus years. The bill was less than $ 40.00. I knew nothing about it. A member of my family had a similar problem and when the individual attempted to rectify the situation the office changed her address to my address. She has never lived with me at that address. To be rude to a long time patient that has always paid and has recommended this office to many friends is inappropriate. The check is in the mail. The number is removed from my list. Dr. Errico fix the office staff.

Years ago I had whitening trays made (maybe from a whitening place that used to be in Woodfield), but for some reason they no longer fit. I called Dr. Mike’s office to see if they could make some trays for me prior to my cleaning.
The quote — without bleach (I had purchased some Opalescence on my own) was $ 150.
Needless to say due to an emergency and then another issue, I was rescheduled twice for my tray mold-​making appointment. They did give me a discount for my troubles.
I picked up my trays the same day as my cleaning appointment. I saw Katie as my hygentist and really like her — she’s gentle!
Katie explained the trays to me. They made a little dot on each tooth in the tray which indicates where/​how much gel to put on each tooth. I told her that the pre-​filled trays I previously tried caused gum irritation, and she suggested a fluoride paint ($ 35) — normally done on kids. If gum irritation occurs, she told me to apply Vitamin E topically. She even hooked me up with a few capsules AND a few different tubes (10% and 15%) of whitening gel.
Not only did I get my cleaning, trays, and my molds, but an education on teeth whitening! :) Thanks Katie!
